I am getting rip because I believe in my team.

I know their not playing well after 3 games, but I have faith and hope they will turn it around. The season is still early.

There's no way they'll go 0-16 IMO. Some team will come in to the game unmotivated and expecting a big win and make a few mistakes, fall behind by a few TDs, and then not be able to come back.

I'm guessing they'll win 2 games.

But I bet I am not the only fan that tought the Raiders will be starting out better.

I am not going to turn my back on the Raiders.

Whats funny is that people make predictions all the time and are wrong sometimes too.

Lets see how they end up after 16 games, thats all I ask.

Let me clue you in: The first thing that would happen is that 25 Browns fans would jump down my throat and tell me I was an idiot. (if there are indeed 25 Browns fans left) Then the fans of other teams would come in to watch the show and laugh their asses off. Bengals fans would probably be first in line throwing jabs.

Now jb, keep something in mind here, the Browns are the team that just beat the Raiders in Oakland. And I can promise you anyone predicting playoffs or some miracle turnaround for them would be mocked. And you think Oakland is going to be spared? Please.

Don't bring up the Elmo prediction. Anyhow, I can agree that I thought they would start out a little bit better but that has been dashed with Andrew Walter starting. He's essentially a rookie QB and you can't believe that if he starts the whole season (which he should) that we'll even make the playoffs. At best, I think we can hope for a season that the 49ers are enjoying next year...well, at least up until yesterday.

You're getting ripped for a number of reasons:

1. You used a great preseason as a predictor for a great regular season, when it appears that they will actually have a miserable regular season. People are piling on in their subtle way to reinforce the message that 'Preseason records mean nothing.'

2. You used the Raiders, a team hated by many and an easy target.
