Good for Tony Dungy especially after losing his son last season.

Colts are allowing Rex to pad his stats. Enough of this prevent defense.

Who will dump the gatorade on Dungy?

What did we learn from the last 2 football championship games?

Do not run the opening kick back for a TD.

But what's more likely, a fumble on a run play, an INT on pass play or a blocked FG.

Congratulations Colts, Tony Dungy, and Peyton Manning.

Edit--And Adam Vinateri...4 SB rings. Is that the most of any kicker?

When people look back at this Bear's team, will Lovie get more credit for getting them to the Super Bowl or more criticism for sticking with Rex for the whole year?

My arrows were correct. 3 is, in fact, greater than 1. The other poster's arrows were incorrectly oriented.

Do you really think Rex was going to lead them all the way down the field for a TD, get an onside kick and then get another TD? Plus the fact that the Colts holder dropped 2 snaps means you don't take the chance.

No doubt. He will have the best night of sleep of his pro career tonight, i'm sure.

I'm very, very happy for Dungy, Manning, Marvin Harrison. Well deserved titles for all three.

Indeed. I didn't really have a horse in this race, but I guess I was leaning toward the Bears a little (I'm a sucker for the underdog). However, nice to see Manning and Dungy win the big one.

If Shawn Salisbury were to break down the game, I'm sure he would say about the Colts:

No need to panic. We'll nip. We'll tuck. We'll go. We'll crunch. We'll Jew. We'll do it all and they nickel and dimed them and Peyton made the play when it mattered.
