Okay, if that call wasn't overturnable then they might as well scrap the entire fucking system. If it can't get that one right (GT vs BC, spot of ball) then to hell with it.

edit: I understand how it could have been missed initially but if you're going to review it and still not get it right, that's what I'm ranting on.

yeah, that seemed clear at full speed that he didn't step out, I don't know how the hell they didn't overturn it and give tech the first down.

TPTB have decided they need to market BC for a while I guess (and I'm talking about the conference powers, not ESPN, they were as mystified as I am).

Wyoming v. Boise State, with about 4 minutes left in the 3rd...still 14-0 Boise State, but their defense isn't letting Wyoming get into their territory much at all today. Another drive, another punt by Wyoming. They have absolutely no playmakers at wideout.

Like I said, the officials have clearly decided to make sure of the outcome of this one. Sad thing is, BC really doesn't need the help, I'm convinced they're good enough to beat us without it.

But two absolute jobbed calls that close together, well, I'm starting to think these aren't ACC officials but instead NASCAR officials.

And on the high school level, Southlake Carroll's 49 game win streak is over. They lose their first game since 2003, 29-21 to Miami Northwestern.

I hate when teams play this four deep shit and let the offense dink and dunk their way down the field.

The announcers earlier in the game were talking about how Reggie Ball was a lot better than he gets credit for. "sure he was a little inconsistent but he got beat up by the press and the fans more than he should have" a LITTLE inconsistent? I fell out of my chair at that.

Yea his numbers were much better than the 45% completion percentage.

With the way #80 for UNLV plays he is going to be ejected. He's already had two personal foul calls for extracurricular contact.

yeah the officials haven't done GT any favors in this game that's for certain. although i agree with you Jon...the irony is that BC doesn't even need the help, they'd win even without the shitty calls.

8 seconds would've ran off the clock if Nutt would have ran the ball on that 3rd down and Bama had no timeouts...

I thought the PI on the Arkansas DB was legit. It was not much, but he held him for a split second. Houston Nutt just got out-coached.
