Oladipo will likely switch to SG, the Magic imo merely wanted him to handle the ball as much as possible in that tanking season to give him reps in that department.

Hawks had promised Saric and have been very adament of going the international route for a couple seasons now, so Nurkic seems a strong possibility here.

Sixers also might have fleeced the Magic out of a future first round pick in that Payton/Saric trade, wow.

I just don't like Rubio. If you asked me to list PGs I was scared of in the NBA he would not be in my top 20. If they move Love then I don't see Pek getting him 10 assists a game.

Him and Pek work very well together. But hey, probably not a negotiable argument on either side here

The problem with Rubio is that he definitely needs a coach and System that utilizes him at least a little bit. If you have a guy who is essentially a passing wizard with great vision and handles, it seems kinda counter-intuitive to have him hand the ball off and go stand in the corner or cut to the basket. He was never a good fit with what Adelman wants to do on that end, unfortunately.

This is just because the bar for being a top PG is set so high. If Rubio shot at just a slightly below average percentage, he'd easily be top ten. With guys like Paul, Lillard, Parker, Irving, Curry, Conley, Bledsoe, Wall and everyone else, being a top 10 point guard isn't guaranteed for anyone.

What do the Suns do here? Early or Stokes? They don't need a 1/2/3 do they? Or just take best talent in Hood or Harris?

if anybody wants some serious and extensive videos from the lesser known prospects, i can´t recommend Draftexpress highly enough for that, btw.

Suns are suspected to trade at least one of their picks, which kinda makes sense since they already have quite a few young players under contract for a few seasons.

Only viable draft and stash picks left (young and talented enough to do that at this point) is probably Capela

Yeah, and they even have a video for LeBron ahead of his free agency. It's a great comparison for how much even the top prospects have to improve to be All-Star level players.

Supposedly it's Ennis. Pissing off Toronto or doing it as a trade I would assume.

Suns are selecting Tyler Ennis with their next pick. Must not have much faith in their ability to sign Bledsoe next season.

probably not enough upside, at least not to take him with this pick. when you have another left. Like basically everybody else don´t think he will get past the Spurs though.

So the trade looks to be Jusuf Nurkic and Gary Harris for Doug McDermott. That's a hell of a deal for the Nuggets.

I am going to be honest: I have nothing on this one.

Draftexpress neither. There is no way this makes any sense to risk that. There´s a reason why this draft has 2 rounds.

Wow... no other words...

nah, this one was at least predicted by a few sites and he was projected as a late first/early 2nd universally. And he kinda fits with what OKC wants to do, moving on from Perkins and being able to playing fast tempo and still have some physicality on the floor.

yeah, but why not risk them wearing the wrong head the 1 time out of 100 where the "proposed trade" does not go through rather than the 99 times it does go through ?

or flip him for a future pick, there were lots of picks interested in Capela before the draft and Woj says there already have been offers.

Anderson to the Spurs would be very fitting somehow. Don´t tell me Pop couldn´t use him similar to Diaw (who they may or may not resign) or giving Ginobili even more rest and have Anderson take playmaking duties away from Patty Mills on the 2nd unit (if he resigns)
