As the heroes retire for the night, they hear the voice of Charles Xavier one last time in their heads. "Although I have fallen, you must trust Gambit and Captain Britain! They, and one other, are the only men standing between Apocalypse and victory!"

Can we speed this up everyone, do we really need all weekend for them to kill one of us?

Cool, I'll look to accelerate the play. Starting with when I have all the night orders
If I have those when I wake up tomorrow morning, then we could potentially run Day 8 to Sunday at 10PM EST? |

Gambit, I think you made the right decision trying to attack me. Too bad it didn't work.

And damn me for not following my first impulse, although I'm not sure I would have pulled it off.

Great game Hoops and all. Really enjoyed the rule set, super hero powers and all of that.
Good luck 12, I hope you can pull it off. |

No. I'm saying that the only chance of saving X was to do more damage to me (good, but I presume not the unknown member of the 12).

Night 7 results
There are no surprises on this night - you hear a muted scream as another hero falls. It is Gambit who is missing.
So, it has come down to this - two of the Twelve remain. Apocalypse's forces have all the momentum on their side. The character of the heroes has been tested; will they be found wanting? Day 8 has begun. |

So, I'm on page 14, but I am also checking the end of the thread periodically. Anybody who would like to post mini-summaries, advise me on who to attack, etc., that would be appreciated. |

I should have done that yesterday, notwithstanding that I'm not completely sure he's vulnerable to my mode of attack.

Dola, would have been a lot more effective with how much power I had to put into the attack then.

Because he was already on my distrust list, and he used special abilities to switch his attack onto X yesterday.

to clarify (daredevil) This is my trust list: 1. Captain Brittain 2. Moon Knight 3. Professor X Distrust: 1. Mathmanic. 2. Hulk. 3. Silver Surfer. 4. Venom. These players are on neither list: 1. Deadpool 2. Mandarin There is apparently some reason not to suspect either deadpool or mandarin, but I'm a little bit unclear on that. Plus possibly Spiderman. I got conflicting info from ardent about Moon Knight, but I think I'm supposed to more or less trust him. |

Hmmmm. I seem to be not very popular today. I'm not sure if it will work with Math trying to disable me, but: ATTACK CAPTAIN BRITAIN (POWER COSMIC) And I had Mathemanic on my trust list, too. Shame.

Then again, I could always edit that above post. We'll see. 30-odd points of energy ought to go a ways one way or the other.
