Actually, I will guess that joke has already been done twice in this thread. By the way, only 18 pages to go before we hit triple digits.

This thread will easily get another 5-10 pages if they ever put out a demo. Surely I can't be the only who desperately wants to try this bad boy out(for free).

And since it's possible to create a women's league in the game, what do you have to say about that?? Enough with the nitpicking. Either sign up and help make the game better, or don't waste our time.

[sarcasm]I never considered the women's pro league. What was I thinking? I didn't realize that you can change the 3D models from male to female. [/sarcasm]

I wonder if certain attributes of the female players are as enhanced as the shoes

LOL.....Imagine having controls over features such as nipple length, bust size and arreola diameter.

Okay, I admit I am a breast man.

The whole mini-Ditkas thing was wrong-headed. Giant Kournikovas is the way to go, I'm telling you. That would be a fantastic gaming experience.

There seems to be as much alk about MF here as on the Matrix boards. Which indicates that we are very much interested in the game and would be supporting it if was solid. Alienating us as a group doesn't make good business sense, IMO.

And it's not like all of us "FOFC guys" are alike. Lumping us all together like many have done on the Matrix boards is silly and insulting.

And it's not like FOF has just come out with a new version. If that were the case, we'd be all over it. But there is a brand new football sim that SOUNDS like it could be exactly what most of us here crave. But alas, we see error after error in the sim engine - a cardinal sin for a true simulation like we'd be interested in.

Not to mention that there's a huge difference between an official game forum and FOFC. You'd think on an official game site (like the MF Forum) there'd be more discussion of the game. I think anyone with a brain could see we're far from being a forum only about FOF.

Clearly, I had no sense of when to pull out the Grateful Dead card. We had ~3500 posts to go before we even started to approach a long strange trip.

I'm just happy the rate of photoshops took a nosedive, or else I would have gone crazy trying to update the MF Media Index

Someone needs to build a Google "I'm Feeling Lucky" type random post selector for this thread.

You never know what you'll get. Could it be the photoshopped Steelers logo? An early post by Bubba touting the game? A limerick? The possibilities are endless.

Not yet. Someone was artifically increasing the reference thread's views for a while, but they ceased a few weeks ago.

This recent addition from the Matrix Forum is pretty funny as well:

Quote:
I don't get it. Since this game has come out I been to the gym maybe once (thanks Dave, Matrix). MY free time is playing with the game (well not really playing yet more uni design). That is the point of any game to me, an escape. Is a game worth my free time, this one is. I watched the boards since 2000 or 2001.

I have learned alot about Photoshop, and have seen lots of talented creative people display their talents that I am trying to catch up to. Now maybe time to start some 12 man plays!

Someone who chooses to remain nameless was boosting the post count on the reference thread by thousands of views. This thread should have surpassed it a long time ago.

Maybe that's why the occasional bug and design calamity slipped through, the testers were too busy playing dress-up to notice.

If more than 5 people bought the game it might be worth investing in a facility to hold annual Maximum Football slumber parties.
