Petty but I don't think we should be footing the bill for her security. Maybe her husband can hold off on doing pro-bono work for Trump to make a few extra bucks to pay for their own security detail.

The internet is a buzz with the idea Trump is dead or dying. He has no public activities scheduled over the weekend, and has barely been seen this week. More ominous though is the Pentagon pizza gauge. There was a large spike in pizza orders overnight. Their might be some major military action coming.

I think Vance is far more savvy than people give him credit for. Just recently he was humping his couch and now he's a heartbeat (of a 79 year old with a stressful job) away from being President, one of the most powerful positions on Earth.

I'm starting to lean this way myself. In part because of a few things I've been told privately by people who are far more inside the political machinery than I am. And in part because he's done a nice job of playing his role very well while biding his time. I can't think of anything he's done that I've had a real problem with, while having a few moments I really liked. How much more could I really ask for from a veep?

I've never been a fan, I've always figured him for a fairly simple opportunist (pronounced "phony") more than anything frankly. I'm starting to come more toward "he may be smarter than I previously thought".
