Another bad day at work...
The debates are stimulating, but real life has kept me from them. Still I find Taz making a big statement, almost a dare if you will, to lynch him. I'll take that dare for now... Vote Taz Tomorrow I'm hoping to be more involved...though the last two times I was in this and I was wordy, I wound up dead. Still I hate work. |

I get the feeling Evil is playing up the vote vrs Taz. I don't like following one player every round (Lathum), since that gives him too much control of the game, but looks like i'll be doing that this round. Whether or not he's correct, I believe he is on the side of good.
vote Barkeep49. |

I appreciate all of the support many of you have given me. I hope at the worse we have a tie, and thus a nonkill, rather than lynching me, and losing an innocent from the village.

The chaotic ghost strikes again . Considering the incredibly close nature of the vote, I hope someone will change their vote so that we may have a tie and not kill an innocent, me.

We can't keep going for a tie, your never going to be 100% sure. At some point in the game you need to make your move, and I think we are beyond that point.

Despite the chaotic ghost votes at the end, the count remains the same:
Barkeep49 (8) Lathum, Kwhit, TazFTW, Fonzie, Airhog, Tigercat, Desnudo, jeff061 TazFTW (6) BrianD, ntndeacon, Eaglesfan, swaggs, qwikshot, Barkeep49 The mob forms around Barkeep49, whose proclamations of innocence fall on deaf ears. It turns ugly at the end when he pulls a knife, trying desperately to fend off his attackers and break free. Unfortunately the villagers surround him and pummel him with pieces of wood and their fists until he is dead on the ground. However, his defense was not in vain, as Qwikshot is found stabbed through the heart after the melee is over. Night 3 Eaglesfan27 - Lynched Day 2 ntndeacon - killed Night 1 BrianD Airhog - Lynched Day 1 TazFTW Desnudo Fonzie Qwikshot - killed by Barkeep on Day 3 Jeff061 SirFozzie Barkeep49 - Lynched on Day 3 kingfc22 - killed on Night 2 Swaggs Kwhit Fouts Tigercat Lathum - killed on Night 2 Please have all night actions in by midnight. |

Qwik gets no love.
Between Lathum and a thinly built case around Taz, I'm confident he was a baddie. |

Just got back, and for the record I was going to vote for Barkeep. I just failed to put it in my last message where I was thinking along with Lathum's ghost.
Strange how only a couple ghosts are being chaotic. |

Major announcement
It looks like I'm going to have to go out of town tomorrow and this weekend unexpectedly. I'll still post the Night 3 results as normal, but after that we have two options - have Friday's voting take place as normal, but you won't find out the results until Sunday night probably, or just have the next day's voting run until Sunday night. Probably the latter is best. |

Something for thought - why did Barkeep kill Qwik but not Taz? Hmmm.

I think as an observer, I like this version better than the one where the roles are revealed. So much more suspense...and I don't have to worry about it because I can't get lynched

Weird weird series of events, especially since Qwik voted for the other guy. Stab in the heart makes you think Barkeep was the hunter, but who knows, maybe he was magician-hunter? Given the way the factions seemed to be formed in this game, I wouldn't be surprised, if there was a hunter type character, if that character was a magician. And was Qwik a wolf? Hopefully.

Indeed. It makes one wonder if the ghost-master has only limited control over certain types of ghosts, but complete control over others. Or none at all, with some ghosts just deciding to have fun. |

I haven't really been following along too much this go around, but I'm curious about your initial thoughts about this format. Of course you don't need to go into detail, so as to not give anything away, but I'd be curious about your early observations.

It is really tough when we don't know if we lynched the right guy or not. We still haven't seen any death description that looks at all wolfish. Does that mean we haven't found one yet?

You all wake up to a quiet morning, no houses are burning today, anyway. It's not too long before someone is ringing the church bell to alert everyone, though. Another body has been found, this time it's TazFTW who has been torn apart in his quiet home. Wasn't he a suspect yesterday? Very strange, very strange. The number of ghosts swarming through the town is making everyone nervous, as they are even visible to the naked eye occasionally. As if things weren't bad enough, the river has risen in the night, flooding a few more houses and causing more people to evacuate to higher ground. The sun is out though and you hope this is the last of the flooding.
Day 4 Eaglesfan27 - Lynched Day 2 ntndeacon - killed Night 1 BrianD Airhog - Lynched Day 1 TazFTW - killed Night 3 Desnudo Fonzie Qwikshot - killed by Barkeep on Day 3 Jeff061 SirFozzie Barkeep49 - Lynched on Day 3 kingfc22 - killed on Night 2 Swaggs Kwhit Fouts Tigercat Lathum - killed on Night 2 Voting needs to be in by Sunday night at 8 pm. Ghosts can vote today. Last edited by Peregrine : 07-08-2005 at 02:08 AM. |

Ok. 9 left. Time to lay it all out on the line. I know some villagers have been receiving dreams that lead them to believe that people are or are not villagers. I know of two people I've seen in my dreams as villagers. Should we pool our knowledge of who is and isn't a villager? At this point, it may be our only shot...

I've been having the same dreams and can vouch for 2 others. How do we determine who hasn't received them?

The "Bad Guys" will probably be trying to discredit it.. but right now.. it's information the villagers can use. Right now, information is ammunition. The Wolves know who each other are. It's time for the Good Guys to know who we are as well.

Well, my dreams have cleared 2 people. I'm guessing that Lathum received a similar dream pointing an evil person. I'm not sure how much knowledge he had.
