Those of you with votes on me would be well advised to move them. I have a potentially powerful role which I cannot reveal.

So, we should ignore this evidence, and focus on the other players that are leading the voting? Are the reasons people are voting for me better than cronin saying he is studying to be a priest? |

Cronin saying that he's a priest is one of those typical shreds of evidence that we use to lynch people, and they are almost never right. And I agree with him that this outside information is bush league. None of this information was volunteered until after the votes were already on.
Also, when it comes to dubb, I don't think you can just pick up the glove |

Not really, no. With the info Cronin gave, I would position him at a hair toward the good side of neutral. Most everyone everyone else is still right at neutral. |

Fouts, I do realize that I have been arguing against the only people that are giving us any possible reason to vote for them, but I keep hoping to find some subtle clues to use rather than clues which seem too obvious to be giving out. I don't know if it helps us at all, but that is what I am trying to do.

Actually the info was volunteered, because I was unsure if I was going to be able to share it later. I probably would not have used it that early if I had not thought I was about to be in a duel and possibly die. I do not neccesarily agree it is bush league. I am sorry but if I know something of the story. Iam going to use it if it helps. I imagine if we have a porthos, or D'artangnon, they will be on the side of the musketeers. should that be the only thing we look at no of course not, but when I don't know anything about anything as is the case in most WW games on day one. whether I have a random vote on some villager (as is probable) or a vote on a villager for a related book I have read. There isn't a lot of difference. |

Thats fine. I think people are watching you two now, which is good enough for me. st.cronin saying he has a potentially powerful role screams night 1 kill or bad guy. You sorta sticking up for him is different, as I have you pegged as a loner type or neutral type of player in WW (for the most part). |

I'm not inclined to vote for NTN, Dubb, or Cronin today for various reasons:
- NTN coming forward with a legitimate idea that no one else seems to have considered. - Dubb clearly seems to have an agenda. I expect this to sort itself out over next couple of days, for better or worse - Cronin says he has a non-vanilla role. I'm not inclined to pressure him for a reveal on this during Day 1. Again, probably sorts itself out sooner rather than later So I'm then looking at the one-vote people. I'm not going to self-vote; would not ever do this. So that leaves five people for a semi-random vote. I'll choose Izulde for the (relatively) quiet player whose agenda I can't discern so far. VOTE IZULDE |

That's quite a run there. Do we want it to be Fouts-Izulde or ntn-Izulde? I'm okay with either, but if I should shift my vote or not. Thoughts?

Current vote total:
(4) Fouts - ChiefRum (194), Alan (261), Jonathan (264), Izulde (314) (3) Ntndeacon - Tyrith (301), DaddyTorgo (310). St.Cronin (352) (3) Izulde - Path (412), Hoopsguy (421), Fouts (424) (2) Dubb - Barkeep (120), Lathum (160) (2) St.cronin - Anxiety (209), Lonestargirl (398) (1) Lonestargirl - Blade (273) (1) Hoopsguy - Coffee Warlord (271) (1) Tyrith - Dubb (378) (1) BrianD - Ntndeacon (408) No vote: Mr.Wednesday, Sndvls I assume when the rules say majority vote it requires one person to have 11 votes today otherwise it goes to duel. In the rules it says if there is a tie for the top two vote getters the GM will determine the tiebreaker and who will duel. |

Interesting. I can see that view. I tend to play pretty cautious and not stick up for people unless I know they are good, but I've been trying to take a more active role lately. Why let Alan, Blade and Hoops have all the fun? |

I've already forgotten if Izulde had anything interesting to say. Regardless, I feel better there than with Fouts, ntn, dubb, or st.cronin, so Izulde it is.

Ok, my bad. Added you in then. So we have 3 people who havent voted yet. One interesting note though that Im not sure if anyone has caught other than me.. I've been all game on Izulde's case for ignoring my question about his abilities.. well those obviously are his marksmanship ability... So this late run on Izulde now has changed the duel from ntn vs fouts to izulde vs fouts. If we are to believe Izulde in being an excellent sharpshooter, then did this run just seal fouts' doom if this is the way it ends? As he might have possibly had a chance in a duel vs ntn, will he be severely outclassed now by Izulde? |

dola, what I mean is if anyone else caught on to that, it might be a way to get someone lynched passive agressively by making sure they go up against someone unbeatable in a duel. THen later they can say "well I didn't vote for them!"

You're smart enough to understand how the rules work....okay. I think we have to consider that Fouts might be hinting a role here. Related to Alan's inquiry, by voting Izulde are we condemning Izulde to his death? Or are we going to get ntn shot by izulde instead? I don't have any answers, but this might mean something. |

that is a possibility Alan, but do we really know about Either of thier abilities. if I had poor abilities, imight let it be know how wonderful iam with this or that, to keep people away from dueling with me.

Okay, GE busted and went upstairs so i can have the computer for awhile. Under our firefox, the /b or whatever you do, doesn't work. I always have to get under internet explorer, it sucks. I have had to read 7 pages and its hard to keep up and pinpoint a player to pick. Are we trying to get a majority? Or a pluarality? I will change my vote off of st cronin if somebody has a good suggestion as to were to put it

The only flaw with this assessment is that you can turn down a duel. Theoretically there aren't any other guns out there for night engagement stuff, so if you're bad there's no real reason to say otherwise unless you're forseeing this exact scenario. And while it's possible there are guns out there at night, it's more likely to be someone just flat out shooting someone than a gunfight, because a gunfight requires more guns and is thus more complicated. I don't really buy this too much, although I have to admit it's possible. |

Well the frustrating thing for me so far this game is I didnt really understand what benefit there was to either Izulde or Dubb revealing their great abilities. I only saw all kinds of ways it could be used against us rather than help us at least to start the game. I guess this is an example of a way.. its very possible Izulde was lying, as that is one of the scenerios I laid out originally is that it was a bluff.. However telling the truth, or just perceived to be telling the truth, it might be used in the same way. Maybe the huge run on Izulde suddenly after I spent all weekend griping about him is completely coeincidental though. |
