I would be all for option 1, but it sounds like others aren't so keen on that. Shortening the time needed should get us through - and we should all work on getting lists setup (and sent to people other than LWSFS too) so we can just power through.

We should look into some kind of online draft utility next year...there has to be one out there that is free/cheap that would be useful. Would help solve a lot of issues (maybe I will just code one really quick, lol...)
