You can, you just need to be in offline mode in one of the games.

Ahh, they both need to be online to play. Yeah, what NH said, on your account you can only be logged into one game at a time for online play. Even with family sharing, where someone can play your games while you are offline, once you start playing they get kicked off.

Yes, you can log in on a second machine, go into offline mode on that machine, and start a game.

You'll be able to start a different game on a different machine (online) then.

Just checked this month's Humble Monthly bundle. Great bundle with three that aren't my style.

Let me know if anyone is interested in:
Metrico+
GoNNER - Press Jump or Die Edition
Super Rude Bear Resurrection

Preferably to three different people to "spread the love" a bit.

Humble is giving away Dungeons 2 for the next day and a half.

Redeemable on Steam.

What do you guys think is the likelihood of Skyrim SSE going on sale during the Steam Summer Sale? Really want to download that High King mod and some other mods.

Of course I'll be using my PS4 controller on it. Mouse + KB is terrible for me in action RPGs on the PC.

It's 50% off on the Humble Store right now so chances of a discount for the Summer Sale on Steam are pretty good.

Thanks! I may just pick it up for $20 then, because even if it's cheaper in Summer Sale, I get a full month of game time in.

If you liked Puzzle Quest.. Oafmatch just came out and for $5 right now it's a steal. Quite a fun 3 match, RPG game!

Stellaris is still my drug of choice, but Endless Space 2 is now out for those interested. Curious what people thought of the original and the new game of course.

ES2 is my favorite 4x game at the moment, but it's turned based so right away that gives it a nod over all RTS 4x games in my book.

I haven't played ES2 post release but did a nice run during EA and the game was solid. There is a pretty steep learning curve from ES1 though, so I suggest watching some LP's first.

Right now I'm engrossed in Gal Civ 3: Crusade and will get back to ES2 after some balancing patching.

Been pretty addicted to Playerunknowns Battlegrounds. Usually dont like shooters, but this one has a lot of strategy which makes for some very intense matches.

I've heard Owlboy is good, Kentucky Route Zero alone makes the BTA level worth it.

Is it worth it now to pick up Endless Space 2? Or should I wait until they start to release some DLC? Do they wind up making bundles for this type of game?

They have been releasing post release patches at a nice quip.. one today as a matter of fact.

I played a long campaign in early access and although I'm enjoying Gal Civ 3 Crusade, I'm not sure anything I've played recently in the 4x genre is going top the fun and depth I had with ES 2. Never has a 4x game totally pulled me into its living, breathing, world. There is so much to think about and do, at least for me.. each turn has me wondering if I've made the right choices for my faction. It's not a "hit the turn" button every five seconds type of game, at least if you want to maximize your choices.

I'm guessing it's even better post release and I hope to dive into it over the long weekend.

I say get it now.. I doubt you'll see DLC released anytime in the near future and if the post release has more content and refinement than what I played in EA, I'm going to stock up on coffee.

Assuming it's the same as Endless Legend, they'll release maybe 1-2 at later dates, but they'll be a year or more down the line & pretty big additions. They don't do the 30 small DLC that Paradox is sometimes mocked for.

Btw, speaking of Paradox, GamesPlanet.com is having an across the board sale for them right now. Not sure their prices are worth jumping on vs waiting for the Steam summer sale, and iirc you definitely want to make sure you get the right region encoded game from them.

I have Stellaris also, so I paused this month. The last two have been so-so anyway so there will probably be 6 bad ass games as extras this month.

Not on sale or anything, but really enjoying Expedition Vikings. I would love a faction RPG like this set in the Zombie apocalypse.

I'd been looking forward to the release of "The Long Journey Home, rogue-like lost in space game sounds good to me, trying to find a way back to Earth across a random galaxy. Like FTL only pretty and hopefully not as boring.

Yesterday was the big day, a little wary of paying $35 for a game that looked a bit more $20 standard to me, but I couldnt resist.

So far so good, enjoying it enough. Maybe a solid 7 out of 10. Visiting planets with the lander is difficult with mouse/keyboard and may get repetitive, but so far the interactions with aliens have been well thought out and written. One issue for me is you choose different characters to crew your ship, but I'm not sure if it makes any difference. The Archeologist is just as capable of installing addons as the Engineer, the Test Pilot is no better at landing the lander than the Civilian Observer. And surely the Doctor would bring more than a single-use first aid kit?

But I quite like it.

Never had any interest in VR until I heard about Bridge Crew. I'm definitely getting this. Oh, and have a blast in New Zealand!

At first I didn't like Divinity Original Sin - so I shelved it. The beginning town takes a while to get going. Tried it again and now I think it's great! Definitely worth all of the great reviews that it has. Highly recommend it.

Pillars of eternity is a good reference point. Not quite as good, but an interesting take on the genre because you truly can be an evil bastard and not be punished for it.

A buddy and I played through it co-op. We sunk around 100 hours into it. We had a blast. Very fun game, even though we relied on the walk throughs from time to time because some of those puzzles are ridiculous.
