injury in patched version that couldn't happen
This just happened. I'm the Rams on defense and Herring picks off a pass on the int return Marshall Faulk is injured. Unless of course the game let's someone on the sideline get hit during the play? Here's the pbp..
Offense: Pro Formation, Normal, Strength = Right. Defense: 43 Alignment, Nickel Personnel, Man-to-Man (Loose), Pass - Aggressive. SFO 13 Rattay pass was intercepted by STL 20 Herring at the STL36. The interception was returned 64 yards for a touchdown! Extra point by STL 14 Wilkins was good. STL 28 Faulk was injured on the play. He should be able to remain in the game |

reading it I thought the injury happened on the extra point...
Could Faulk be part of the extra point as a wing blocker or whatever they call it? FM

Sorry, guess that hadn't even occured to me. I kind of liked the idea that someone had been blocked into him on the sideline but I'll accept the extra point explanation.

Why could it not have happened on the pick?
*never mind, I read it wrong.* Last edited by vtbub : 11-24-2003 at 07:17 PM. |

I had a player show up on the injury list who was inactive! I forget what it was, maybe a sprained knee...

Well, didn't Jake Plummer break his foot at home or something like this this season? FM

I also had an inactive player get injured, I think it was "severe headaches" or something like that. |

Ive had two inactive players get hurt one week with impaired vision. Just assumed they each got concussions on a practice hit.
