in some games, the GM will let us vote nightfall, which means we want to end the day immediately because we are confident in our vote, and dont want to wait for the deadline...not all GMs allow it, so we have to see if The Jackal will end it

I was going to try and not reveal so early, but I don't see how I can avoid it at this point. I am the Seer NOT Lathum, unless somehow I missed that there are 2 of us. I scanned Olie and she came up good so I didn't see a point in revealing that. I don't see how Lathum's play is helping the wolves other than taking any and all heat off of himself. I don't know who the wolf would be, and I don't think a wolf would make this play since after PF was hung we would automatically go for Lathum, but that would give the wolf another night to NK. So...

The prisoner doesn't know the identity of the vampires, per the rules. So Mrs. Schmidty's vote for clap may have been a guess that he WAS the seer.

Not a bad play on her part if I'm right - if she can get us to lynch Lathum, then the next day we lynch her, leaving the vampire in the game a couple of extra days.

Or the truth which is right now we're down to 8 players - 6 villagers, 1 wolf and 1 cultist - 6:2. If we let Lathum have his way then it's 4:2 (after the lynch and NK). We would then kill Lathum tomorrow after he comes up cultist since PF is most likey a villager so then we would be 3:2 - after NK we'd be 2:2 and we'd lose.

not really though...if we lynch lathum, and he really is the seer, then we lynch PF and the game is still over.who cares about her if she is just the prisoner.

right now, we are at 1 vamp to 7 villagers, one of whom is the prisoner...if we listen to her and lynch lathum, it goes to 1 to 6, they get a NK and it goes to 1 to 5, and then we lynch packer fan anyway.

if we listen to lathum, we lynch PF today, it goes to 1 to 6, they get a night kill and it goes to 1 to 5...we then have a 20 percent chance to get the last wolf (leaving lathum alive at that point is benficial to the village)

if we miss in that 1 in 5, it goes 1 to 4, then 1 to three after their last night kill....we will know that lathum is the prisoner, and then have a 3 way crap shoot to get to the end....odds for them are REALLY bad

the only way this move makes sense if I am the prisoner is if I knew a wolf was scanned last night. No way for me to know it.

Mrs Schmidty is the prisoner, she knows there is no reason for me to lie so she made this move.

lynch PF to go 6 to 1, but in the process out the prisoner, and gain you, olie, and PF as cleared....the next lynch would have to be me, cronin, or jets06...the night kill would be one of the cleared, making it 5 to 1...the only candidate left would be jets06.

we would have to screw up amazingly badly to lose at this point.
