Given CrimsonFox still being at-large, I'm going to suggest that we end today on Friday rather than Sunday. As far as the other parts of the schedule, I'll work with whatever the majority wants.

*ahem*

"My most humblest apologies, my brothers. Please forgive me for my impertinence of not dying. I was terribly rude of me. But I wanted to get in one more scan before you justly put an end to my life. Using all my mental powers, I have determined that Mr. Bug has the following skills: Weaponskill, Mind Over Matter, and Animal Kinship. I now no longer doubt his story about scanning Mr. Rum. I only wonder why he himself did not end my life sooner. Or maybe he tried and could not find me. I have shamed my brothers and will throw myself on your swords immediately."

First up Abe I think #1 works best for me but if a lot of people aren't going to be around over the weekend (my own presence will be spotty) then day 5 Friday and day 6 Monday. I'd also like to say that this game has been pretty much everything I hoped for from this game. I think the roles business is really cool and I'm really happy to get the chance to play one of your games. Well except for the bit about healing apparently not blocking the wolves' attacks bit. That seems a bit OTT.

Anyway, after all that sucking up to Abe business. Oh hello Crimson - out of interest what was the suckiest bit of this game for you - when Mau killed a wolf on day one or when Lathum bounced the lynch down to Dwarda?

My only concern with unanimously voting Crimson today is if he has hunting then he can swoop in 2 minutes before deadline and, basically, lynch someone. Looks like we have 12 people left, and probably 2, maybe 3 wolves left. That makes 9 villagers I reckon we ought to have a "soft vote" today and then, near deadline, 2 people switch their votes to the winner of that contest. If the wolves have Mind over matter and CF has hunting then they can still bounce it down to someone of their own choosing but otherwise I think it should be safe. This has an additional bonus of giving us something to do today rather than sit around twiddling our thumbs waiting for CF to be lynched. I'd ask for thoughts but, at the moment, I'm not sure I trust the response I'd get.

Well, I just sort of asked a question, although it was pretty rhetorical. I'm not really keen on the banter with/as a wolf business - I'll leave that to hoops and Alan T and the like.

To help my brother Kai after my death, I will now assume that all the reveals are true. Below are the remaining players after my lynch from most trusted to least.

18. mauboy1 - final vote on DT day 1. Claimed scan at an odd time but that's mauboy's wild and crazy (and cool) playing style.

10. Lathum - Packerfanatic leaving dwardzala to vote for him to create the "Immunity Idol vote", no question he is a villager. Is he cutthroat enough to kill a fellow wolf? Sure. But not in this case.

12. mckerney - His reactions to healing JAG failed really prove villager to me since he said write after deadline before Abe gave results. I do this a lot because it is a surefire way of letting the village know something in case you are going to die, but prevents the wolves NKing you for it.

6. Chief Rum - scanned by me and Bug. I scanned him as villager. His odd behavior and last minute votes suggest wolf but this is also typical of Chief play lately. After today's reaction regarding healing he finally sounds legit.

3. MrBug708 - revealed scan of Chief. Verified he has scan ability. Odd behavior but his scan story and reactions do clue villager.

9. hoopsguy - The only thing going for him is his lynching of DT day one which is pretty strong. hoops has the scary ability to behave as a trusted villager when he is a wolf. But he isn't normally bloodthirsty enough to kill fellow wolves, especially day one.

14. Narcizo - His reactions to his scans are classic Narcizo. His reveals also smack of villager. There really is nothing solid to go on with Narcizo except his reactions.

11. The Jackal - He was scanned by mauboy. That is it. It might be enough and as I said I'm going to assume ALL reveals are legit. But really under the radar this game.

15. Darth Vilus - no info at all. None. NO reactions. Nothing. Just Day, he was in a runoff with a caught wolf. Look good for villager.

5. bhlloy
8. Zinto
- That leaves these two. Both have been quiet. Act like they don't know what is going on. Haven't reacted much to anything at all. Go with the flow at all times. Have dropped little votes on each other as usual but nothing to be afraid of. Have mainly stayed out of the spotlight.

If these two aren't the last wolves, then I would say the following:
1. There is a cunning ability out there, my brothers. And it will be hard to bring down.
2. Wolves have helped take down each other, whether they meant to or not.
3. Just as Trix are for kids, scans and reveals are for wolves too!

Very well. Haven't had a great time but it will be over soon. I did not expect DT to be a wolf so I had no reaction. The dward thing, as I said, I was hoping something like that would happen. I did not vote for packer right away as I was sulking because JAG spoiled my chance of creating a tie. Since Danny gave me the idea the day before I really liked it and wanted to see it in action. My answer to JAG's scan was a total joke post. Thought that was obvious but I should never assume. When the Packer stampede occurred, I did not jump on the train as that is what wolves do. I wanted to see who would jump on, in what order, and how quickly. Then I realized there might be something about to go down. I was already thinking dward was a better target than bhlloy. So I left my vote where it was, not sure if anything was going to happen. Didn't expect it to be a last second thing. But when it was to Lathum, I knew both were wolves and that my hunch was right. Was I happy? Very.

And I say a prayer for JAG for throwing all this guilt on me so that the wolves did not nightkill me before I could make scans. May his soul rest in peace (or may he come back as something more appealing than a bald guy in a kimono...perhaps a cute little bunny)

List of known wolf skills we've seen:

Nightkill - could be Weaponskill. There was one nightkill missed and no one came forth with the healing that night. Or it could be that Abe just gave the wolves a collective nightkill on top of their rules, but I doubt that. "weaponskill" is a hunter ability which is basically a nightkill. He probably just made it manditory that someone would always have it.

Fast Nightkill - we've now seen this. Since it was hinted that some main skills would be different for wolves, this sounds like one that the equivalent of one of those "one use only". Like Weaponskill or ANimal Kinship. WS sounds more right but then uncertain what the NK would be.

Hunting - This seems unchanged from wolf to villager.

"scans" - well we don't know if any of the scans came from wolves, but it's likely they have the ability to scan things. And one thing's pretty clear about Animal Kinship. A fake reveal of it is pretty uncontestable.

Okay, Crimson's pretty much indicating that it's not going to be game over tonight. Looks like we should be in very good shape with, presumably, one wolf left, maybe two. But I remember in my first game the village pretty much went to sleep after corraling a bunch of wolves early on and wound up losing the game so I'd rather not have that happen. Assuming Crimson is a wolf and using the vote tally up to JAG's reveal on day three we get something like this:

Zinto - Two votes on wolves. First one is kind of weak but the second is anything but. Given the circumstantial evidence that Dwarda had a powerful role Zinto is in a good place with me. Trust.

Lathum - Who can't like the little scamp. Only thing pinging me is how his out there antics throughout day three left him with his vote on JAG. If Hoops came back and moved to Packer that would be curtains for JAG a bit earlier. Then again if that happened he would probably be getting a lot of heat so the cost/benefit doesn't tally. He also had three wolves on him and had a vote on DT day one which probably points away from him being bad. Slight trust - he's Lathum, that's all he's ever going to get.

Hoops - Two strong votes on wolves. If Hoops is a wolf he might as well announce it and we can give him the winner's medal now. So how about it Hoops? Lots of Trust

Mauboy - Decided Torgo would die on day one. Okay that could be a calculated wolf move but the easiest explanation is that he's a villager. Apart from that generally pretty poor voting record. Neutral

Narcizo - Strong vote on Dwarda otherwise pretty haphazard. I'm not even going to take much claim for it as I was pretty much following JAG's lead and had no opportunity to move the vote. Then again I pretty much locked my vote in place on an apparently valuable wolf.

MrBug - So yeah. About this must be another wolf on DV thing. He's been at real pains to proclaim himself cleared or a wolf with Rum and that's pinged me, along with the whole scan farrago. But looking at day two Crimson Fox puts an early vote on him and Bug puts a vote back on CF, making him a contender for a while. Seems like a very ballsy move for a couple of wolves to make the day after a wolf has just bitten the bullet. Not impossible but kind of way out there. Slight Trust.

Chief Rum Has one clear from an unknown source and one from a presumed wolf source. Only really two ways he can be a wolf - MrBug is also a wolf or he has cunning. Last night I had one of my narkle certainties that Rum was a cunning wolf and Crimson was trying to protect him early on day three by claiming that he scanned him. But Rum has two wolf votes from day one as well so I'm not really seeing it. Trust.

Bhlloy Spotty record up to day three when Packer puts a vote on him. That buys him some trust from me and the fact that he moved his vote to dwarda instead of Lathum on day three. I can see that being some sort of save package for the wolves but if dwarda is valuable the most obvious route is Lathum or for the wolves to vote out Bhlloy. Neutral

Jackal Fairly crappy record, but a clear from Mau. Either Mau and he are bad or he is a cunning. The only thing I think about concerning that is that Crimson has been banging on about there probably being a cunning role in the game since day two. Seems unlikely he would be pushing that agenda if Jackal is a wolf. Slight Trust

Mckerney has a vote from Packer on day one pushing him into contention with DT. Seems a bit unlikely Packer would be pushing another wolf against DT. mckerney's own vote record hasn't been spectacular though. Neutral

So I'm looking at Mckerney, Bhlloy or Mau, but really I'm reaching even there. I'm probably actually slightly trusting of all of them - but I'm still thinking someone has to be a wolf. I understand if people want to look my way because I don't think I've got much more than those three going for me.

Narcizo, how are you assigning relative value to the wolves? The players post shows all as "Agent". Are you basing it upon the death write-ups or something else? Just trying to figure out if I'm missing something ...

I was wondering that myself. By circumstantial evidence is he talking about the name that Abe inserted into the writeup?

Scratch that, it was PF that was a "Drakkarim", not dwardz.

Also, it's a bit curious (perhaps an oversight, but still) that you left DV off that list, Narc.

I am considered neutral? How rude.

Anyway.. I have had one of the toughest stretch of days in which I wasn't able to participate all that much and I apologize. I wouldn't have been able to add much more on top of what I have already so thats good I guess. I need to see more closely what's going on and why cf is already considered to be an agent.

I know DV has said he has had a terrible week, and I feel for him, but looking at Narc's voting recaps, is it right that he's only voted once? (aside from the PF runaway yesterday). It's pretty hard to analyze someone when they've been completely out of thread and only voted once. I think he's earned an eye of suspicion. DT's vote on him D1 gave him enough trust to bypass a couple of days, but if DV had gone down DT would have looked pretty good, so I certainly won't be ruling out some wolf vote interplay there.

(In the above scenario about DT's D1 vote making him look good, that's of course if DV is actually a wolf, but just brainstorming here). It seems a lot of people have varying degrees of being on the trusted side and there has to be a wolf somewhere.

My hypothesis is that the wolves wouldn't as good as out CrimsonFox to try and save Dwardzala for a couple of days. Dwardzala was always going to go down after Packer was lynched. But Crimson left his vote on Lathum anyway so that Lathum would take the lynch instead of Dwardzala. Unless Crimson really thought that he was going to get people to believe that he didn't move off of Lathum because he forgot at the end. Crimson hasn't struck me as being that stupid.

Gah, if you look at the order I done people in you'll see that it's the same as the voting list for day one. DV didn't vote there so I forgot him here.

Darth Vilus - hard to believe that Daddy Torgo chooses another wolf to save his butt rather than someone else on day one. Unless Chief and mckerney are also wolves. Non-existent otherwise. Slight trust

There!

Added bold bit. If you, at best, risk the compromise of one of your wolves to save another wolf who's pretty much assured of being doomed then that wolf must be pretty valuable.

Got to go and cook. Shame because I'd really like the chance to talk to hoops at some stage in a game of werewolf. Rather than just out him in the last game.
