Remember that all offers in open free agency must be for three years or more. All three year offers are acceptable. Remember that players will sign virtually any contract if no one else offers.

(The three-year rule does not include offers to your own restricted free agents. You can offer them anything.)

One little thing: three teams are unowned and will be on AI control during FA. Minnesota, Seattle and Tampa Bay may have shorter offers. Still, if you can't beat them out for a player you want, you will be taken out back and flogged mercilessly. You have been warned.

I haven't actually set them to AI control. I was planning to do that for tomorrow's sim, just in case one of the last two teams gets taken before then.

gah cant believe i missed this. I kept the game open all day with plans to come back and revise my offers before export, but crapily it wont let me change my offers (unlike SP) grrr.
