Only needs 2 TDs and 225 or so passing yards. Would be nice to see the yardage mark shattered.

I think Rodgers is gone from this game pretty quickly, especially coming off the hammy injury.

So when do the Bears pull Cutler?

Last season. Oh, that's right; I forgot. The geniuses at Halas Hall thought he was/is an elite quarterback and signed him to a $54 million extension. Jas_lov is right about cleaning house --including ownership -- but it won't happen. Trestman supporters have been awfully quiet after shouting last year how great he is. I've seen a lot of terrible Bears teams in my day, but at least I could watch the wonder that was Walter Payton back then. There is not one guy on this team that I can root for.

No point really. Their backup isn't anyone they need to take a look at, and Fales is on the practice squad.

Heh. I can't even remember who the hell their backup is this year. Oh. Right. Jimmy Clausen. Run.

Apparently it's Jimmy Clausen, making his first NFL appearance since 2010.

Bears are second team in NFL history to allow at least 50 points in consecutive games, joining 1923 Rochester Jeffersons (who?), per Elias.

And that other team? Those 50+ point games came as a surprise to them.. as they thought..

(puts on sunglasses)

they were Movin On Up.

(YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!)

Sanchez has to be ecstatic to be finally playing on a real team.

It's official for Carson Palmer:

Carson Palmer of Arizona Cardinals has torn ACL, Bruce Arians says - ESPN

Still really bummed by this. Everything was going so well for my beloved Cards and Palmer gets an extension to keep him there for an extra year. Now Stanton's gotta face Detroit, Seattle (twice), SF, STL, KC, and ATL now. Just hope he can do enough to keep them in the lead in the NFC West or at least make the playoffs.

I thought the Giants a few weeks ago might have been the worst offensive line I can remember. That's no longer the case after tonight.

Is it me or has there been a lot of blowouts on these Thursday, Sunday, Monday night games this year?

I'd be throwing off whatever foot I still had under me if my interior line was made of cardboard too. To be fair, his mobility is clearly shot and he hasn't played well but I'm not sure what QB would under these circumstances

And turf toe ends Patrick Willis' season. Good thing Borland has stepped in and played the way he has thus far. Hopefully, he can keep it up and Bowman comes back.

If you guys can keep up the solid play, I'll be quite impressed. Hell, I'm already impressed with what they've done with the injuries thus far.

The Lions never win in Arizona. Heck, they lost to Ryan Lindley one year!

Peterson hearing isn't until 11/17. I'm assuming this is so Register Roger can just suspend him for the final 6 games without pay and end his season?

Yes you tell me this everytime our teams face each other. Seems like this Lions team under Caldwell is different-making news and good at that on the field instead of off the field. I think Coach Arians has Stanton thinking he's an All-Pro QB at this point, so I guess we'll see which versions of our teams show up.
