Total score: .28 winning percent = 28 35 wins = 35 0 conference champs = 0 0 bowl wins = 0 ------------- 63 points Yeah, thats going to be in the running for last place I think. The one guy out of all of this that I think I scored on when nobody seems to have pick up on his potential was DT Darrell Brody. He was a pass rushing rookie free agent that I picked up after the draft. I immediately switched him to DE for those great pass rushing bars, brought his weight down over 3 seasons, and he proceeded to rack up 73 sacks, 131 hurries, and 68 knockdowns. He had double digit sacks 3 seasons, and 7+ 6 seasons. Did anyone else use him this way?

I guess, I kind of did. But I left him at DT, thinking I actually had solid pass rushing ends. I ran the 3-4 for 9 of my 10 years before switching to the 4-3.
And I didn't quite think he was ready to start either at the beginnig, but that thinking changed midway during the second year. As a NT/LDT he had 260 tackles, 121 assists, 36.5 Sacks, 122 Hurries and 57 QB Knockdowns. All that in 135 Starts, 2950 RunPlays and 4221 PassPlays. Never had more than 7 Sacks a year, but three years with 12+ QBKds. Also had 5 years with 15 or more hurries (including one with 21). |
