Keep 'em high. There's no way my trousers are going to lay on the filthy bathroom floor that long. 7 31.82%
Drop 'em. I can't concentrate on the work at hand with my pants riding up around my knees. 11 50.00%
Neither. I keep the stall door closed so you bastards can't see what I'm doing in the stall. 4 18.18%

Ride 'em high or keep 'em low?

Important to resolve this issue. I'm a high rider.

I went neither, since the venue has a strong influence on the choice for the very reasons you mentioned.

My preference would be drop, but sometimes that's just not an acceptable option.

Seriously, I figured that only little kids dropped them all the way. Kinda like little boys droppin' em at the urinal. I sure don't want to see a line of hairy asses at the urinal anytime soon.

The 3rd option confuses me.

I've never been somewhere that didn't have a door. If I was, I would find somewhere else.

It worries me when I agree with Jon, but I agree with him here. Dropped low when at home, but when I'm out I'm often hitching them up high (as the location dictates).

Report to Kodos for poll-making lessons....

You're a blessed man. Sometimes nature calls and you take what you can get. Although I think riding high would be a must if there was no stall door.

Sweet. Even my polls are controversial.

Seriously outside of frat houses and night clubs I have never seen a stall without a door either. Must be a Kansas City thing.

Where is the "I just shit my pants" option?

You'll see it quite a bit at public parks. I believe it's to keep the riff-raff from sleeping, drinking, drugging, or sexing in the stalls, but either way, it's a pain.

Never heard that one before, so, who are pitchers in this game?

I thought it was just because assholes break the doors so they don't replace them...

Maybe in your area. When they opened a new park in our area and had an open house, there were no doors on the stalls. Now, you may be right on the reason for no doors, but they never installed them.

As much as it pains me to type this, MBBF is correct regarding the rationale for public park bathroom stalls not having doors.

How do you take a dump with no door?? I don't think I'd be able to. I was once in a stall with a faulty door and someone opened it when I was sitting down, and it mortified me.

As for the original question, I keep them around my knees when in public. At home or in private, them come down. At home I might even take my shirt off. Get as comfortable as I can.

My daughter does the same thing when she decides it's time for her diaper to be changed. You've got to hustle over before she takes off the diaper too.

Not looking forward to the day when my boy figures out how to do this.

I never do the number 2 in a public bathroom, unless it's an emergency. At home, I grab a good book/magazine and a drink and get to the business at hand.

I always drop 'em low. If you're staring under the stall walls, you're the one with the problem, not me.

Depends on the place. At home, it's drop them and hang them up until I finished

our 5yo son has had constipation problems and when he decides that it's time to do a #2, he gets really comfortable, i.e. completely naked, socks off too.

I pull them up to my knees because having them around my ankles usually makes my legs go to sleep for some reason.

If I'm at home, I just take them all of the way off.
