I see DC has moved his team to Pennsylvania.

Just stay out of Gomer territory.

These fans love their Gomers, their religion, and their guns.
Just ask Obama.

It appears that I didn't change the ratings at my house, I did here at work when I uploaded that interim file with cap changes. I'll fix it for realsies tonight on my home machine. I didn't think about that until I was just looking at the HTML right now and realized it didn't switch. So yeah...this is so I remember to do it.

Would you have matched the contract he ended up with?

He's available via trade. Make an offer!

Nevermind, I thought there was some sort of compensation for RFA's, plus I still have Salavisa on a Franchise contract.

You're still eligible to use RFA. Everyone is now. The RFA rule came into effect with a rule called the Future Franchise Player. For a while people who didn't have FRANCHISE guys could use RFA/FFP instead of FRANCHISE, but once we dropped FFP, everyone got to use RFA, because most teams benefitted from either the FRANCHISE rule or the FFP rule even into now.

We debated giving the teams that lost a guy compensation for losing their RFA (and I'm pretty tempted to add that. Maybe we'll do a vote. ) but the initial thought was that, you should either get to have your player back or get nothing, rather than being able to get "something" but...now that I think of it, it's unfair that the team who loses the RFA either gets the player or a 1st rounder in exchange.

So I'm going to do a poll, as I'm curious what you all think of that. I have some thoughts.

Ah, in the rule it read that if you have a FFP you couldn't use RFA, but now I see that's one-lined.

Yeah you read it right. I just forgot to strike that from the rulebook.

The worst part of moving my team to Punxsutawney is having to copy/paste it everytime I need to cite it.
