InfoPath 2007 Won't Open Infopath 2003 Files

I'm desperately seeking help.

I've done a web search for the past few hours and have found nothing that works. I've found some vague suggestions, none of which work.

At my office they just started upgrading us to Office 2007. I have a bunch of processes/procedures stored in Infopath 2003 files.

I try to open them with Infopath 2007 and I get:

Code:
Form template [LOCATION] The following from template cannot be opened because the system administrator has disabled opening form templates from the Internet: file:[LOCATION] Access is denied

Now - people on 2003 can still open these files. But no one on 2007 can.

Anyone seen this before? It's a pretty big deal for me if these cannot be opened.

Edit to add: If I go to design mode, I can open the template there. But that same strategy does not work for the forms.
