It's Awards Season! (Interactive)
Since my latest game of Mogul is not outputting or keeping track of seasonal awards, I've got to do it myself. Some have been easy, but some are hard to choose, so I ask for your help.
Award #1 1977 AL Cy Young Fergie Jenkins 22-12, 3.00 ERA, 309.1 IP, 226 K's 95-67 1st Place East Frank Tanana 23-9, 3.70 ERA, 311.2 IP, 268 K's 99-63, 2nd Place West, 4 Games Behind Award #2 1977 AL ROTY Bump Willis, Rangers .278, 13 HR, 88 RBI, 82 Runs, 12 SB Dave Frost, Blue Jays 22-12, 3.60 ERA, 277.2 IP, 137 K's Both teams were awfull Award #3 1978 NL ROTY Ted Cox, Pirates .268, 2 HR, 51 RBI, 62 Runs Jim Wright, Cardinals 15-13, 3.91 ERA, 162 K's, 262.2 IP Jerry Garvin, Pirates 10-5, 2.71 IP, 91 K's, 143 IP Both teams were awfull Please vote once for each award. I found the last award to be the toughest. Garvin appears to be a far superior player but 143 IP is pretty low. But the other two guys just seemed a tad too mediocre to win an award like that.

Me as well. It came down to the 2 pitchers but I wasn't sure what stood out as more deserving.

I voted Wright just on the fact that he played the entire season. I cant tell if Garvin was hurt half the season or pitching out of the pen or what his deal was and Cox hopefully had a great glove or I cant figure out how he made the list of finalists

He was only semi decent batter among the rookies so I figured I'd include him in the discussion. |

Was Garvin a spot started and long reliever or a late season call up?
