She has support from superdelegates and she's up 20 in the polls.
Usually, I'd say no on something like that, but a note on the reservations system saying put the creep in the room next to Erin Andrews? The defense has been brutal, saying her career benefited from it, but it's not like she has ever gone that route. I'm surprised the hotel didn't settle. |

I don't think it's hurt nor helped it. I think she has shown great strength to put it behind her and have the success that she has. Having said that, I wonder if she turned down any offers to settle? I have to think that the reason that the hotel didn't settle is that they have to believe their case is strong.

The Marriott Corporation was dismissed from the suit. The lawsuit is against that particular hotel.

Joint and several liability is a weird rule. It's the law here in Maryland, but we don't have comparative fault, like Tennessee. It makes a lot less sense with both in place.
