While some players have been playing off and on since nearly the beginning, other players have arrived on the scene more recently.

This is the chance to recognize a player who is newer. I am leaving it up to players to decide for themselves what newer means, though a strict definition can be given if there is a consensus about what constitutes a newer player. Multiple suggestions are allowed.
