Houston 4th or 5th overall pick up for grabs

UPDATE: iBomb1st and I have agreed to a trade of picks.

4th or 5th at this stage since I don't know how the game will split the Jags and Texans.

I will have enough cap space to sign a 1st round pick but I have the chance to build my team with lots of cap in 2023.

I am looking to give away the following 2022 picks.

The Titans seem to have a lot of cap space for next season, maybe they could use 4 picks in the TOP 37 picks
