He's a free agent.
He needs to be put back on Chicago.

Ok, so Winnemucca will have a new owner starting this off-season. Pannzzer is an OOTP vet who contacted me from the OOTP boards to join SLOP. He'll be taking over the Choo-Choos.

FA1 is complete! We'll sim FA2 tomorrow. For the newcomers, FA1 usually (depending on when in the week I do it) isn't for making many signings, but rather to make offers stick and give people a chance to compete a bit on offers before the players end up signing in the 2nd and subsequent FA periods since so much time gets simmed between them.

File is up.

Well, I'm certainly fixing it. I think I know what happens. When I fix him and then Chicago exports it, it messes it up and then he gets released again. But it's not like anyone will be able to sign him.
