EHM-I: Scouting the Obscure

The letter arrives in the mail. I've been assigned as the lead scout of Hockey America, working in close ties with the Governing Bodies on Colorado Springs, Colorado with hopes of helping some NHL clubs learn about overseas prospects, and in essence, try and steal them away from their countries. It's a daunting task, and probably an impossible one before any of these kids turn 18 and are eligible for the NHL Draft, but alas, I have a duty and I'll follow through with it. There are fifteen names in particular on the list from countries I couldn't even find without a map!

Lithuania? North Korea? Ireland? They play hockey there? Since when?! And even if they do play there, they're playing against worthless old men and below average kids. This must be someones idea of a joke, but they sign the checks so I'm going to hop on the next red eye to Germany and get this thing rolling.
