It's to be expected that we hit a bit of a lull after doing so well the first couple of days I guess.

I'm reaching, but one thing that does strike me looking at the voting history is that EF has moved around a lot at the same time that our known wolves were moving around, and onto/off of some of the same candidates. Just co-incidence?

Day 1:
11:45 #113 MrBug votes JAG (1)
11:55 #116 EagleFan unvotes Autumn (1)
11:55 #116 EagleFan votes J23 (2)

21:47 #239 EagleFan unvotes Zinto (6)
21:47 #239 EagleFan votes Packer (6)
21:53 #246 JAG unvotes mckerney (3)
21:53 #246 JAG votes Packer (7)

Day 2:
13:19 #400 EagleFan unvotes MrBug (0)
13:19 #400 Eaglefan votes J23 (3)
13:43 #419 J23 votes mckerney (1)
14:03 #432 MrBug votes EagleFan (1)

20:36 #553 MrBug votes J23 (2)
20:48 #559 mckerney votes Autumn (3)
21:04 #568 EagleFan unvotes J23 (1)
21:04 #569 EagleFan votes Autumn (4)

Total reach, but it's the best I can come up with. Just trying to generate some discussion here.

His reveal is pretty bulletproof. If it's fake, you can expect the Mother wolf to be eating him tonight. I'm not sure what you're getting at bhlloy.

so how sure are you of Autumn being a wolf EF? Now that we know Lathum was a villager and not seer, and no seer has spoken up today to tell us whether he is a wolf or not (and I have to think he/she scanned Autumn yesterday), I have to think he's not a wolf.

based on Thomkal's vote there and this thing about Lathum being a villager and thinking that lathum/autumn were on opposite sides, and something about an EF reveal that seems to make him not a candidate, in my 2 minute review of the day's action as shown on this page, just in case it's needed to prevent hijinks

VOTE AUTUMN

I'd be stunned if Autumn was a wolf TBH. The fact that

a) he's been the obvious target for the seer and the seer hasn't come out and said he's a wolf
b) Bug didn't move his vote to protect him, even though he was around and Autumn was in serious trouble at that time and
c) the kill of Lathum looks like a serious setup

makes me think there's way, way better options for us to be looking at.

Yep, I've been giving Autumn a fair amount of latitude because I at least subscribe to the newsletter that the Lathum kill was messing with him. And I don't think two wolves vote on the cunning wolf early.

Looks like I'm done here - good luck village. Hope you learn something from this lynch (although I doubt you will).

Look at Thomkal and particularly Narcizo.

I regret that I have one life to give to my wolf pack. . .

Given the vote count, there isn't really a meaningful vote to be made.

Oh - I thought I saw some vote count where autumn was in the lead and someone else was two back, so that was my thought in voting autumn, to try to lock that down. maybe that's not the case though?

confusion reigns!

figured some vote was better than no vote. got confused - saw some post where autumn was up by 2 votes i thought (but maybe that was from yesterday and my page was refreshing).

But your plan was to have tomorrow's vote a lynch on you, or a duke on you which is much the same thing. I guess it really doesn't matter either way. At least this way you can verify the mother wolf. If you didn't have the risk of having to leave for work before making the reveal, I'd have recommended posting right after deadline while CF was processing actions.

Since we have the time...

I was originally going to nail PF if he wasn't lynched on day 2. Before his reveal.

The bug thing was just a gut reaction to how he reacted to my vote. Prior to that I was looking more at Thomkal but I saw that bug was in the thread so I voted him instead of Thomkal just to see what would happen.

He seemed to react a little too harshly for an early vote. In my mind I figured a wolf would be more likely to have a defensive reaction like that. Combine that with his day one vote and it gave me tunnel vision towards him.

Changed the order to him.

Started to get nervous about it in the delay for the results though (and even started to read too much into other things, like CF PM'ing me to confirm my action.... "did he ask because I am making a bad move?").

The pack gathers once again at the council rock, hungry and tired. The moon does not shine full tonight casting a grim shadow on the already weary pack. Akela is there lapping up a minty pink liquid from a bowl. He doesn't look so good.
"Akela, sir? You don't look so good. Are you alright?"
"It was mauboy and Lathum. (burp) They've come back to haunt me."
"Haunted? Oh no! I thought they were good spirits."
"Enough!" shouts Akela barely keeping it down, "We are gathered here once again to seek out those who wish to bring us down. We must eliminate any intruder so let's get to it and vote for one of you quickly."
He steps forward next to the fire.
"What's that over the fire?" asks Baloo.
"This? This is nothing. Just a special tool I use."
spit2.jpg

Bagheera jumps down from his tree.
"What is WRONG with you!" he shouts into Akela's face.
Black-Panther (400x320).jpg

Akela looks around and burps again, "Sorry, I can't help myself. I haven't eaten a good meal in days."
Bagheera looks disgusted and jumps up onto the rock.
"Forget it. I am taking over this proceeding. Would you honorable wolves, if you trust me as your friend and believe in me as your guide, signify who amongst you has been plotting with Shere Khan against the pack. Please come forward so and place your pawprint on the sacred stone next to your choice."
One by one the wolves queue up. You can feel Shere Khan in your presence. Under a bricklebush, behind that rock, hiding in that tree.
The results are read. Bagheera, flanked by Baloo, calls out a name. That wolf steps forward.
It is an active wolf in the tribe. Many are surprised to see him there. A black wolf that likes to fight and duel. Maybe that's why he was suspected. Because of his black coat, because black = evil. At least if you believe those fairy stories. And the shaved Z on his coat also kind of scared the more conservative of wolves.

BLACK_WOLF_.jpg

"DwardZala," says Bagheera, "There will be no kill tonight. We will not kill you. But you are hereby banished from the tribe and must be sent away to the cursed isles nearby. And there you must live in seclusion fighting your way through its perils. Forgive us if you are good."
DwardZala looks around, "Okay, sweet. That sounds like a better offer than staying here and becoming tiger food...or wolf food. Just so you're sure, take a whiff."
He invites the wolves to come sniff him, and as they do he piddles all over them.
He runs out of camp, down a path, and up the hill, then stops and looks back at his family of wolves. He howls once more, then turns and runs toward the cursed isle to serve his banishment (and earn lots of XP).
