While cleaning out my truck, I found...

...entirely too much shit. Well, it wasn't ALL shit, but I'm still baffled I had room for all that crap in a two-seater pickup.

I found:

twelve (12) textbooks
eleven (11) regular fiction books
ten (10) empty water bottles
nine (9) notebooks in various states of use
eight (8) pay stubs from my time with GameSpy
seven (7) console video games
six (6) gift cards
five (5) Best Buy extended warranties with receipts so faded I have no idea what they were FOR anymore (probably extra game controllers, since we got the extended warranties for, like, a buck when I first started working there).
four (4) T-shirts
three (3) Best Buy name tags
two (2) PC games (Troy, Foz...I found out what happened to Stacked!)
one (1) class ring (class of '99!)

Also found a God of War CD wallet with the God of War soundtrack within, a Sly Cooper statuette thing, a travel coffee mug, an Abbott and Costello DVD, an umbrella, and two floppy disks containing page layouts from back when I was on the high school newspaper staff.

Good Lord a'mighty.

I'm kind of surprised you didnt find a partridge in a pear tree or 8 maids a milking.

Merry Christmas.

the lack of anything a girl would have left in your truck is very noticeable

Oh, no. I threw away about twenty boxes from In-n-Out replete with burger wrappers. But that didn't fit within the "Twelve Days of Christmas from Hell" theme, so I kinda didn't mention them.

Now wait a minute, boys. I must defend SA's guy honor here. Let's take a closer look:

eleven (11) regular fiction books: These could be romance novels.

nine (9) notebooks in various states of use: These could have unicorn stickers or heart-shaped doodles with "I Luv My Joshie Boy Toy" inscribed

six (6) gift cards: To where? Build-a-bear might have gift cards.

four (4) T-shirts: Are they pink? Or are they Lionel Ritchie concert t-shirts? Or do they have sayings like, "Yeah, I'm a Bitch" on them?
