BitMap not showing up?

What would cause bmp images to not show up? I have verified they are .bmp and size, etc... are same as what was replaced, but the images do not appear.

Any ideas?

Actually the NFL logo that you had in one of your zip files I downloaded, but also some fictional ones that I had.

I verified the properties all look to be identical so not sure why they aren't showing up.
