Guess I had been living under a rock (or unless it's an age/generation thing). Just looked up her movie list in imdb and I haven't heard of most of her movies, let alone seen any of them.

Age is a factor, but seems considerably to be a function of when women hit their prime for looks. Some of the younger contenders still have to grow into their appearance, some of the older contenders have started back down the other side of the peak.
