Haha! Nice!

I've seen some bad baseball in my time (I am a Padres fan after all), but, nothing that would make me want to throw up.

That was Lord Scarlet - he brought the 4 Nationals fans in DC to Philly as a response to last week's Philly takeover of their park.

i agree....just taking into account things i have personally experienced/seen at games in philly, their fans treat the visiting team fans worse than any place i have ever been, NYC included

add the crap you hear about on the news, and philadelphia might be the worst place to see a game in the country...no other town had to have a judge and a jail cell in their building for arraingments during the games

As long as they allow alcohol sales at professional sporting events, this kind of stuff is going to happen.

I've been hammered many times in my younger days and it bevered iccured to me to do anything like this. I think a more reslisti. Solutioun is train staff and security better to deal with obviously drunk people and remove them. It really shouldn't be that hard.

Well, locally the only hockey fans that have ever been a pain have been Buffalo Sabres fans during the playoffs. My brother took his family to a Colts' game in Indy, and they won't go back because of how the fans there treated his kids.

I'm with Subby.

but i still think it is about the culture of the stadium/fanbase....people in philly are just jerks....you and i sat in the bleachers of yankee stadium and cheered for the red sox and people busted our balls, but that was it...and we played along...it was good hearted fun.

i just dont see something like this ever happening in some place like chicago. o

The problem with you quiz EF is that all those incidents took place in a number of different cities.

This particular incident is just one in a long line of stuff that has happened at a Philly sporting event.

Just admit it, certain stereotypes exist for a reason.

Again, you can keep being apologetic all you want but there are a few key points here. 1) those are cherry picked items from different places. 2) we've all seen it with our own eyes. 3) I posted what I think were a number of unacceptable things that Phillies fans did on Opening Day and the Phillies response from FOFC was "what's wrong with that?". Clearly there is a different standard of behavior in Philadelphia, and it is not what most cities deem acceptable.
