FOF 2004: Lowest possible starting cap
I am toying with the idea of starting a fictional league starting in the 1920s. I remember from earlier versions of FOF that if one set the salary cap too low, then the game would do silly things.
Based on your experience and experiments, what is the lowest setting that you can have for the salary cap before the game gets silly? |

I think $10M is the minimum allowed.
