Your joy at having lynched another witch is watered down by your fears about whether you have caught them all. You go to bed heartened, but scared. When the morning light breaks and all of you are still alive, you know that you have done it. You have found the last witch in Salem Village. It cost you many lives, but you can now live free from terror, free from the Devil.

THE VILLAGE HAS WON

Good game guys. The wolves caught a lot of unlucky breaks that put them way behind the eight ball. Nice game by the village at not getting led astray.

I blundered by not giving the sorcerer a meatier role. I should have let him know the witches, or at least scan for them. That was a big mistake and would have changed the game for the wolves.

I think the wolves just got really unlucky. The village getting clap early and Schmidty scanning Lathum were huge.

Yeah as soon as I did the roles and say that the witches included clap and Lathum I knew they were in trouble. Two guys that always get a lot of attention early. That was going to be a hard game to win.

Goob job village! Sorry I didn't get more analysis on the vote yesterday before I did, but my internet has been down since Sunday night.

Sorry if I came off as critical about that, it just seems to make the role so pointless. Throw in the fact that Abe was hammering away at Clap and it makes it much worse.

I had a great set up for making people think both Jackal and Clap were wolves, then Schmidty had to go and fuck it up.

Don't think that would have flown honestly, at least not with me

No, I was waiting for it, especially after everyone brainstorming about the possible roles in the game, and each and every one of them taking it as granted that the sorcerer was in the game, and knew the names of the wolves.

I found balancing the game hard, and for whatever reason that had seemed like the right amount to add to the Witch side. But once the game was underway it became clear it wasn't, at least not with you and Clap both witches. If abe had known about clap he could have helped you guys out a lot, so it was understandable that you were annoyed.

I figured this sorcerer would just be a general troublemaker role, maybe do a fake reveal or draw attention away from the wolves somehow. Poor Abe didn't last long enough though.

I actually thought Telle was in even deeper trouble. Lathum, you had pushed for J23 to be a seer target before Schmidty revealed, and I thought someone would pick up on that and essentially clear him as well as Darth.

at that point I was in panic mode.

I assumed I would be an early scan and Clap going down hurt badm I had to make some moves.

I honestly thought he was just normal clap and not a wolf on Day One, that's why I went for him. Then, when it becomes likely he is the BG, I kept pushing, then we get double reveal, and I'm like, shoot, now he actually is the wolf, I figured I had to ride it out ,and perhaps get some goodwill in the process.
