I don't know yet. I'm very ready to change, but this is pretty important for me. There are other people I'd vote on if they were in the running.

I'm not saying we give these guys free passes - I don't think anyone was saying that. I was simply explaining why I felt like we were getting less traction on "voting the quiet people" than we normally do.

Yes, of course, definitely, if someone is normally a very vocal player and is suddenly quiet, we put the sights on them.

Out of that list, I would not call Narcizo quiet at all. Zinto and Martin are typically quiet. Darth is hit or miss on activity, and J23 I think is about as active as usual.

Subject to change again:

Unvote Tyke

Vote Saldana

At least I'm hearing from Tyke.

Actually this post by tyke was actually thoughtful. The analysis on day 1 was nonvoters and day two is becoming about quiet people. tyke and I have yet to vote and you're really making it easy to vote for you.

I feel like I've actually been more active than usual, though that might be just because it's taken more effort given the deadline is in the middle of my workday.

Just vibe really, and process of elimination. I think Jeff and Tyke have both been active and helpful so far. In contrast, Saldana hasn't really posted much. His vote reasoning yesterday was a little off, and I think there was one other post that struck me odd. He's just more suspicious than the other two to me, though I still feel CF is a stronger pick out of the four (not that that's saying much).

We can take Narcizo off. I'm not really worried about if they are typically active or not. That's irrelevant, I'm not implying guilt based off change of behavior. Just usefulness to our cause, when there is not any concrete information the least useful should go first. Nothing personal towards them, I'm sure they have legit reasons, just keeping it black and white.

At least that's my line of thought.

Zinto(hit and run on me)
J23(one of the wolves from my previous example)
MartinD
Narcizo
Darth Vilus

Quick scan that's what I get. I of course have no hard proof on any of them. Don't take it like that.

And for what it's worth I'm not sure I understand the logic behind giving a potential wolf a free pass because they made good villagers in the past...that sounds pretty dangerous.

Jeff, what was the previous example you were talking about regarding me?

I'm not used to being around this close to deadline - had started to type up a post based on there being a field of four to choose from, hit 'preview' to catch up with recent posts, and I find that things have changed in what's not much more than a few minutes...

It's now looking like the vote is between jeff061 and saldana. While saldana's vote just before deadline was important in swinging the lynch vote towards mauboy, I'm inclined to think that this might have been 'villager trying to be helpful and getting it wrong', which is all too possible at this stage of the game. Another reason for this vote is something I picked up in an earlier post - nothing concrete, but enough to make me think that this is the right way to go.

If it stays this close I will likely vote whoever is in the lead to increase the gap, and avoid a tie, fair warning.

Should be two more votes out there, but it's not looking like those are coming. I don't feel strong enough either way about Jeff or Saldana, much more strongly about avoiding ties. I'll switch to Jeff if no other votes come in.

I think that right now any tie that isn't caused by hidden votes will probably result in two villagers getting lynched. Don't think wolves would allow a tie with one of their own involved.

As long as we would've missed a wolf by not tying, I don't think it is. If we lynch two villagers it's bad of course, but then we're trying not to do that, no?

Vote Jeff

Just have to go with my best guess for now, I've seen two recent sal games where he was a wolf and I don't feel it for him this go around.

That's not exactly true, CF, my reasoning for voting Jeff is that he was an early voter on mau. Adding a third person in was just a bonus.

It means I'm hoping your analysis on saldana being more suspicious and jeff being helpful is right. I don't feel I have much to go on myself other than thinking mau voters might be wolves.

Also, late moves on jeff have me somewhat worried.

I realize there are no good reasons, which is why it's hard to argue my innocence so early. But I believe at that point my options were pile onto the lead, add a new candidate or throw an early vote on a candidate.

Generally I don't like piling on and spreading things thin day 1.
