There is an option to give them your email, which I did, and supposedly a free box will be coming my way in the near future.

This service looks really cool. The quantities look small but $5 sounds about right given that you get four services/box. It's also small enough that I'll give it a shot.

I have it too. Everything does taste good. The portions are just so darn SMALL though. I am debating whether I want to keep it although the girlfriend loves it. Come to think of it she is paying for it so I guess we are keeping it

We thought so too and she's on the every 2 week plan. I thought about subscribing as well so she could basically have 1 every week as we're teachers it's a great snack for her. But for $5, it's really a nice deal and good quality. |

I've got 4 to spare.
I just got my first box the other day...it was tasty. I upped from every 2 weeks to every week, just because I like having some little snacks in my desk. Unfortunately my boxes arrive on Tuesday night, so they're only good work snacks for Weds-Thurs-Friday, but 4 snacks in 3 days is fine.

No prob. The portions are small, but it seems about the right price for the portions (at least with most of the snacks).

So I joined the waiting list and finally received a code in my email a couple of weeks ago and I went to use the code tonight and it is expired. Apparently they only let you sign up for a week after they send you the code. That's a little odd. Does anyone have a code they can PM me? Thanks.

I missed my first code too, but they resent me one a couple weeks later. Also, sorry I'm out of codes now.

Got my first box last week. I ended up with:
hot cross yum - Not bad, orange raisins were a bit strong. Will place a "like" on it. texas corn salsa - very tasty. Was the surprise of the box. Will "love" scrumptious blueberry swirl - expected this to be good and it was. "love" fruit and seed flapjack - Having had flapjacks in England, I wasn't sure what to expect. Must tastier than any store bought granola or cereal bars I usually take to work as snacks. Very good. Definitely a "love" Overall, great first box. I had gone through before they shipped it and took out some things I knew I wouldn't care for but left in several things to try (like the texas corn salsa). I'm on once a month right now, but the box convinced me to push it up to 2 weeks. Have the 4 friend codes that came with the box. If anyone is interested, shoot me a PM. I had
1) Smoky Gazpacho Dip: I probably could have added a little liquid to the dip to give it a bit better consistency, but it was good and smoky. Smoky was definitely the dominant flavor. Would eat it again, but not a "OMG YES LOVE!" 2) Florentine: Chocolate disks, seeds, and raisins. Yes please. Love. 3) Chili and Lime Pistachios: Not enough Chili to balance the lime, but maybe that was a one-off batch problem, I'll give it another shot. The smallest "feeling" of the snacks though. 4) Fruit and Seed Flapjack: Much like ColtCrazy, this was far tastier than I expected - much more moist. Love. I only took out a couple things with mayo/sour cream that I knew I wouldn't like. I'm going to actually resist "loving" anything that I liked for a while, so that I can get the chance to try a bunch of different things. I suppose I'll come back and update this post in the future with reviews of the future snacks. My incoming box has: 1) Cracking black peppercorn 2) Pear tatin 3)Super berry detox (read a review where the reviewer loved this, so pretty psyched for it) 4)My Thai Thinking it will be a very good box, with My Thai perhaps the sleeper pick. |

Just means keeping a separate list of what you loved & liked somewhere so that once you've gotten what you feel is "enough" variety you can input your feelings. But part of what attracted me was the variety of snacks - I don't want to short-circuit that too early.

Do you have to purchase a box each month? Can I just get one when I want one or is it like a subscription?

Theoretically you can "pause" your deliveries - idk for how long before they end up canceling you though.

From the FAQ, you are defaulted to a delivery every 2 weeks but can change it to 4 weeks.

So the only way you can know what's in your box is to mark four things as love?

Right - otherwise you get a random assortment. That's the point. It's not "select what you want and get the same thing each time." In fact, even if you did 4 things love I imagine you wouldn't ONLY get them unless you deselected everything else. Embrace variety samifan (if you knew me you'd LOL at this, I'm the most routine person in the world).
