CM4 - Anyone played MLS with EP5?

The last time I attempted a MLS game was back with EP3 or 4 and I got frustrated by the in ability to scout the draft pool, the signing of scouts counting against Discovery player rules, etc - So I quit the game... I am curious to know if anyone has played an MLS game with EP5 and enjoyed it...

I would like to fire up an MLS game and enjoy it but I don't won't to devote alot of time to it only to find out that their are still issues with the MLS system in CM4...

I know that the two issues I mentioned above were apparently remedied with EP5 but would like to hear if there are still any problems from someone who has tried it out on EP5...
