Just to be very clear, the only way I'm not the wolf is if I'm the sorcerer ( if I was the sorcerer then I'd go ahead and vote nightfall though ). As a villager, it'd make no sense to do what I did.

Maybe I'd quickly get a vote out there to get tiebreaker but I'd only have a 1/3 chance of getting the wolf. I'd have to be certain of that vote or I'm horribly misplaying the odds and risk getting myself voted which is what is happening. I'm not that player.

The right move at that point would be to watch things develop to see if anyone outed themselves not to call myself the wolf hoping to confuse the sorcerer and risking confusing the villager.

Reality is that I played the odds. I had a 2/3 chance of winning simply by quick voting. That's all I had to do and it's what I did. Once clap voted on me and convinced me he wasn't the sorcerer I revealed and the only way I could lose is if I misread clap which I still don't believe I did or if the sorcerer actually thought I'd play the lousy 1/3 odds and doom my team.

Right now that's to PB but just in case Danny is being clever like he was yesterday playing jumping bean...

Well, if he misses the deadline then you win clap. Since that could happen and since he left the vote unbalanced then who knows.

It looks like someone, whoever the sorcerer is, is going to throw the game the wrong way.

SORCERER, you do realize you can only win if the wolf wins right?? If you have doubts about me, don't wait around and just ask. I'm not moving my vote and I doubt clap will either.

Well, deadline is here and no one has changed their vote.

I'll admit this is the absolute worst way to lose a game I can imagine.

Good win villagers. Enjoy it. I imagine you won't get too many where the sorcerer seals it for you.

It doesn't matter. There's no logical reason anyone will ever convince me that the sorcerer voted the way he did.

WTF??? I'm supposed to be happy with his choice or are you saying he made the right one? I am new to the game but honestly, I can't imagine the sorcerer thinking I wasn't the wolf. I really can't.

You did what you should have done in my opinion. You just caught a really bad break in that Danny went a-wall and forgot to post.

Ok, I got you. I'm thinking it's PB and I think your evaluation in the other thread is pretty correct. I am about to post that in fact over there.

"MWUHAHAHA," shots Axxon "this village is ours. With the help of my ally, the sorcerer, we will take slaughter the villagers." And then a pause. No one steps forward. A longer pause. Still no one. "Umm sorcerer?" And that is when you set in on Axxon pelting him and shooting him with arrows. Even Purdue Brad, the sorcerer joins in. And with that the villagers win and there werewolf problem in this village has been eradicated.

Danny was here. PB switched his vote to give you the win then told us he was leaving and would miss the deadline.

I messed up the balance as really 11 would have been the right amount in this game, because of the lack of a bodyguard to ever prevent a kill. I think DT and Axxon, and also Racer, all did a great job with their roles and played the game well.

Yeah, DT was a great partner and I've already given racer his props.

Villagers got lucky too. Racer was about to die on day 2 but we wolves had a communication problem on that one.

I think it may have been unbalanced largely due to the fact that the hunter got killed and the sorcerer didn't. If that hadn't happened, I think it would have been a fairly balanced game.

I wonder if he didn't realize he was the sorcerer? Here was his original PM

You’re the sorcerer. You’ve always hated the pedantic life of your stupid village. Now, FINALLY, something interesting has happened. Granted it happens to be a werewolf attack. But beggars can’t be choosers. You are determined to see to it that every lousy person in this town gets what’s coming to them and that the wolves succeed in eating everyone.

No offense clap but the logic was clear. If you confused him you did it earlier and he didn't try to think it through when new evidence came out.

That's why I say hoopsguy's accessment was spot on.

I think the villagers shouldn't been in a second consecutive "must gain the tiebreaker" after killing the first wolf. The game relied on the tiebreaker more than I'd have liked.

Well the hunter wasn't really that an important a role, to be honest. I mean if I'd survived to the end of the game (which I have had a habit of doing), sure, but not like I could do anything at night.

Maybe but he isn't a new player like the rest of us and that'd be a real reach. Plus, he'd pretty much acted like the sorcerer earlier.

I agree, though that wasn't in the spirit of a simple game. I think this simple set showed that you don't need tons of bells and whistles to have a good game. I mean I think yesterday's seer/counter seer reveal is what WW is all about.

Yes, but if you decide to keep the tiebreaker next time please have a bit of thought about time zones. When you changed the rule on the last night so we had to wait until the next day it meant I either had to stay up all night or get up before 6 am.

That got me too, racer pointed this out and PB still missed it.

Racer, I was pretty ticked when you did that at first but I thought it clearly outed me so was a good thing.
