These guys are a clown outfit dressed up like a business.
Dont let their slogan fool you. You are much faster driving the money where it needs to go. Anyway, relatively simple 2k transactions has taken over 36 hours and instead of 2k has turned into having over 4k tied up because their workers cant get anything straight. I get 1 email telling me I cancelled the transaction(which I didnt), I get another email telling me to disregard the email and that everything is fine. I make a call and they tell me it was not processed because of "security issues" so I tell this lady to cancel that one and Ill just do one over the phone with her. She says "ok" the reciever will have no problems picking the money up now. Haha, if only that was the case. At he moment I have over 4k floating around somewhere and still the money hasnt gotten where I wanted it to go. I probably wouldnt even have made this thread but Ive had problems with them before.
