Any openings 360? And another quick question about dynasties

I just got xbox live gold and was wondering if there were any league openings. Also, how would this work if I started a dynasty with one other friend? Is there any way to play head to head even when our teams aren't playing each other (i.e., my team is Oklahoma but when the other guy is playing Stanford I can play against him as Stanford)?

In regards to playing H2H games even if your two teams aren't playing against eachother, I don't believe so. There's a special area of the game you have to go to in order to play your game.
