2015-16 Graduations
Alanis graduated as the school's #9 all-time scorer and #2 on all-time 3pt shots made. He was an incredibly efficient scorer despite shooting so many attempts from long-range, and really improved his overall game over his 4 years. Not bad for the #730 guy in his class. Code:
Pepper would've put up bigger numbers if we'd had a playmaking PG, but as it was he was a consistent scorer for us, but his rebounding and passing were his best assets. More of an undersized PF than a true SF, his stats will be harder for us to replace than Alanis'. Finishes at #5 on our all-time assists list, but that is largely due to the history of this league being run before HR adjusted PG's assists. He is also #6 in 3pt shots attempted and made. Code:
Gadson was pretty unlucky to be in the same class as Alanis and Pepper. He backed them both up this season but minutes were tough to come by. He was definitely capable of more than we asked of him. Code:

2016-17 Season
We surprisingly climb to 15 in prestige and get a budget increase of $18,494 for the year! Our recruit class is ranked a disappointing #287, but we are still pretty happy with the guys we got. Most disappointing of all was Vaughn Audet's hands dropping to a 3/D, but David Via is looking a little bit like a Pepper-esque type of guy, which is fantastic. Code:

2016-17 Coaching Staff
With some extra cash to play with, we sack our 4-rated recruiting coach (30k) and our 5-rated scout (40k), and hire a 6-rated recruiting coach (40k), and a 5-rated scout (30k), leaving us more cash to play with in recruiting, while also considerably upgrading our recruiting assistant. Woot!

2016-17 Transfer Period
We don't have any free scholarships available this year either, so we sit the transfer period out.

Well, we get some bad news post-camp that Jose Greenwood, our starting C and leading return scorer, is suspended for academics until at least January 1. We decide to redshirt him rather than have him miss the first half of the season, meaning that we are going to be starting raw 7-footer Phillip Carrier in his place. At PF the now-senior Yarber will once again start, while freshman Vaughn Audet gets the nod at SF. We opt for sophomore guard Mark Comeaux to get the start at SG over freshman Lon Vaughn due to his better rounded game, but Vaughn will see time at PG-SG-SF. Dill returns at PG. Again, we are going to be firing up a lot of 3s this season, running a mid-tempo offense, playing M2M defence, and trapping a little more than we have in the past. I think this team will go as far as Dill and Audet can take it - which probably means .500 ball. Again.
