Playbook Questions

Hey guys, I have a question for FOF8. What is defined a "Finesse" Run and what is defined a "Power" Run? How do I know the difference while creating a play? In a Spread Offense I would want to avoid Power Runs and go for Finesse Runs. In a Smashmouth Offense I would want to avoid Finesse Runs and go for Power Runs. I just don't really know the difference.

About the "Fit to Offensive Philosophy" part. It's ordered "Best -> Solid -> Good -> Fair" from top to bottom. Is that the correct order? In my mind, Good is better than Solid, so I'm a bit confused by it and would love to make sure that the order in which it is shown is correct. Up to what fit do you guys recommend creating plays? I'm sure "Fair" is pretty bad, what about the rest?

Thank you all in advance

I think its just the personnel package/formation. 2 TE, 2 RB sets are power runs, 10 and 11 personnel are finesse. Thats just a guess, if theres a definitive answer id love to know too.
Its a little confusing because "Power" is an actual run blocking concept and doesnt necessarily have to be ran out of heavy sets, and when you design run plays you dont design/choose the actual blocking scheme...
