After a night of paranoid stares and hardly any rest, the blood of Doctor Rinehart still on your hands, the group wastes no time during this day in flinging accusations. Immediately the crowd turns on Chief Rum and the day consists instead of a harried hunt throughout the complexes for the man. He leads a wild chase, and several times people almost come to blows upon surprising each other in dark corridors. But finally Chief Rum is found, and though he puts up a fierce fight, he is brought to a bloody end.

His body is searched and the medical staff checks him out. As she peers into the microscope Nurse Michaelson gasps. "He was Infected!" she says, covering her mouth in shock. "Look at this," someone else announces. In his pocket was the beginning of a love letter, addressed simply to "My dear..."

Chief Rum was Infected! Previously Chief had been a normal resident of the island, and a Lover.

Other than that I think someone like Jag, Narc and Zinto are good scans in general. Though like I said, I have a gut feeling on darth

The problem is confirmed good doesn't quite mean much after the next night in this game.

Though I doubt they would try to infect him, at least right away, as that is what we are expecting at this point. In theory at least.

Of course not, but for purposes of listening to my input for the next 50 minutes, I am confirmed good. After that, it's anyone's guess!

Not sure if it's being discussed but is it a sure thing that the lovers are in the same faction? I assume so especially with the victory conditions.

Kind of curious though, you are not denying me being cleared here, but a couple posts later seem to be learning about me being the n0 scan? Why would you take me being cleared at face value if you hadn't seen the info about the scan?

I could see mau or EF as a wolf based on the exchanges we've just had over the last page. I could make an argument as a wolf that this is the time I'm active and trying to put out good analysis while I'm discussing my kill order over PM safe in the knowledge that nobody is voting right now

I'd feel better going that direction than DV, just based on what I've seen. I seem to think DV is a wolf a lot and he usually isn't

I usually think he's not a wolf. I actually haven't been wrong on Darth yet the whole time we've been playing. Of course, that means I probably am this time.

I will be happy to be cleared (though possibly only temporarily with the possibility of being infected) but I am glad to say that I'm finally a vanilla villager in a game. I've been a wolf in probably more than half my last ten games.

And just for those wondering, I purposely tried to upset some people day 1 by my vote switching in hope I would get some votes. As a lover I needed to live until the end of the game and the only way I was going to do that was to have some heat on me the whole game.
