The game I played had no interceptions. It was a sack fest, however. Big Ben stood there and got broadsided five times, showing all the awareness of someone who just smashed their head into a windshield, and we got to Hasselbeck three times.

I understand KC, but it's not just that the Giants drafted Eli, it's that he's pretty good and carries a large cap number. But again, we'll just have to wait until the retail version is released.

Interesting. I played 4 games, and the most sacks of any game was 1 on each QB. Ben threw it away a few times for me when he was feeling the pressure to avoid sacks.

Graphically speaking, is it much better than Madden 06? I have an oldish PC that runs Madden 06 fine, though I'm wondering if I'll be able to do the same with this. I guess I'll find out when I try the demo tonight.

1 sack and 1 interception in my first game played.

I didn't understand a lot of the AI logic in picking plays. Down 7 in the fourth quarter, the "suggested" play kept on being some hand off to the HB when it was obvious it was a passing down and I needed to make something happen.

Graphically for me, this game looked real pretty.

Seems like it has potential, though it's definitely been built for a console first. Therefore I'd almost rather play it on a console. If they built it for the PC I think it'd be better...but I don't think that's the market they're going for.

However, other than too many interceptions, I like all of the other aspects of the game that I could see.

I'm pretty sure this is the E3 build, btw. Same interface (demo gameplay, demo draft, etc).

I am really curious if this thing is set to 5 minute quarters, the real game I mean. That would be a killer and mean this was meant to be an online game more than solo.

Euro guys: pre-order available on Tronix. Unfortunately, only Xbox and PS2, no PC. This means that I'll have to get my copy for the Xbox, because the digital download is "US only"...

An interesting concept for Digital Downloads. They actually posted the EULA already for the game. Some very weird wording in there. You can only DL the game a max 10 times, and it says you can license 3 DL's, but only 1 at a time. Anybody else understand what's going on? Oh, another thing about the Didgital DL, it says you can DL 99% of the game now and get the other 1% the day it's released? Not sure how that would work.

Any one else having a hard time with the user interface?
Clearly it is designed for a console.

mouse drags are a little touchy. playcalling taps are sorta hard to make out and are a little thin.

Maybe I am missing something.

I am just trying to get a list of my players.
All I can do is cycle through them one at a time.
If there isn't some better reports, this is going to be a deal breaker.

outside of HTML I can't think of any other software that uses the [ and ] keys - seems odd to use them so much, not wrong, or bad anything, just odd.

What about the smoking hot chicks that would go in looking for yeast infection cream though? That had to be the buzzkiller.

do you have a link for this?
https://account.ea.com/commerce/prod...c&app=commerce

The link for EULA is on there, which talks about the 99% thing, but I don't see a link to actually DL most of it now. Sorry to get your hopes up.

Here is what the EULA says regarding the licenses...

1. License; Terms of Use.
(a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, EA hereby grants you a
personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install and use
the Software solely as set forth in this Agreement and the accompanying documentation, and
solely for your personal noncommercial use only.
(b) If the Software was provided to you on a no-charge basis, then, in addition to the
other provisions and limitations hereof, the Software may be used only for the period specified by
the product at the time of delivery (“Trial Period”), unless you purchase a full-use license at the
end of the Trial Period.
(c) During the term of this Agreement, you may only use one copy of the Software at any
one time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to download up to ten (10) copies of
the Software during the term of this Agreement (each a “Download”). You may Download the
Software no more than five (5) times during any consecutive seven (7) day period.
(d) Terms of Use of Each Download:
(i) When you first use the Download, the EA Downloader will retrieve a license,
which will provide you with a right of access to that Download (“License”).
(ii) After you first use the Download, the License for that Download will remain
valid for ten (10) days. Upon each subsequent use of the Download, the EA Downloader will automatically
attempt to validate and extend your License if it is older than three (3) days. If the EA Downloader is
installed on your computer and you are connected to the Internet at the time that the EA Downloader makes
such attempt, your License will be automatically validated and extended for a subsequent ten (10) day
period. If the EA Downloader is unable to automatically validate your License, you will be required to
validate your License manually by logging on to the EA Downloader.
(iii) You are entitled to obtain Licenses for up to three (3) Downloads at any one
time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may only use one Download at any one time.
(e) If you purchase the Software prior to the date on which EA is scheduled to publicly
release the Software (the “Release Date”), then you shall be given the right on your date of
purchase to Download an encrypted file containing ninety-nine percent (99%) of the Software.
On the Release Date, you shall have the right to Download the remaining one percent (1%) of the
Software, together with the decryption key. If you purchase the Software on or after the Release
Date, then you shall have the right to Download one hundred percent (100%) of the Software.

No European downloads huh... fuck off EA just fuck right off and take your clunky interface with you. Assholes.

This would be a great time for Jim to piss all over EA's chips by announcing the integrated FOF-TCY 2007 package release date 19 June.
