Ok, my dad and I always do one league together, and we also invariably make at least one trade over the course of the season. We always play on ESPN. Tha being said, we just aggreed on this trade, and I'm curious to what you all think about the deal.
I get: Shawn Green Brandon Lyon Frank Thomas He gets: Austin Kearns Shea Hillenbrand Damian Moss Do you think that's a fair trade? Which side would you rather have?

Brandon Lyon has pitched great so far for the Sox, if he keeps it up he could get a bunch of save chances. However he is young and the Red Sox are looking to use Robert Person in that role once he comes off the DL

What is the composition for your team?
I can't tell without that...

You made out by far, Green is a proven performer while Hillenbrand and Kearns could tail off, you know Green is good for 40 homers and 115 RBI, plus a few steals.

Not a bad deal. The way the Giants are this year, I'd be hard pressed to give up Moss though.

Ok, ESPN's not working now, so I can't give you my whole exact team, but here's the gist of it:
Position Players: C: LoDuca 1B: Sexson 2B: Durham SS: Tejada 3B: Chavez 1B/3B: Konerko 2B/SS: Todd Walker OF: Abreu, Chipper, Green, Trot Nixon, ??? Bench: Blalock, Bellhorn, Thomas Pitchers (this is what I don't know very well...): Pedro Ben Sheets Tony Armas Jr. Worrell () Koch Mesa Lyon Foppert (took a flyer on him...usually a streaming slot though) ??? - A couple more I can't think of, I have like 2 or three streaming slots where I pick up a pitcher who is starting the next day. In ESPN H2H, no innings pitched limit. Lathum, I think you had it right...that's why I pitched the deal in the first place. I've been trying to get rid of Hillenbrand since I got him off FA in week 1...his 18 RBIs look really good right now, and he'll end up decent. Kearns I was also hoping to deal, because his 6 HRs now look excellent, and I don't think he'll keep it up. I don't like to give up Moss, especially because of the weakness of my SPs, but his walks scare me (something like 12 or 13 in three starts). Oh well...thanks for the input guys!
