Since Votto debuted, there have been more than twice as many no-hitters as Joey Votto pop-ups.

In the world of random stats pulled out of nowhere I have no idea how cool this is, but it sounds cool as fuck to me.

He's a Dodger now so I'm duty bound to hate him, but this is one of many reasons I think Zach Grienke is just damn cool.

Milwaukee Brewers' Ryan Braun shows up on additional document from clinic linked to Major League Baseball PED investigation - ESPN

Why do people keep trying to frame Ryan Braun?

He should play OOTP.

Are we allowed to speculate about Mike Trout putting on 30 pounds in the offseason?

I've never been more fired up for baseball to start for some reason. I think it's a combination of the Red Sox' craptacular '12 and and the pain-in-the-ass cold winter. So I splurged on the MLB.TV, and things do kick off today with the Red Sox v. Northeastern/BC doubleheader in a couple of hours.

One of my message board pet peeves is someone who has a dynamic thread title to keep up with current news and then they don't change it for months. It would be like if we had a thread about South American politics and the title was something like "South American Politics (Falklands have been invaded!)"

Sorry about that...

I, too, have tickets for said game. After they didn't have commemorative baseballs for Opening Day last year, they'd better have them this year!

(I have a silly baseball collection of every MLB stadium I've been to, along with some other oddballs like some minor league parks I've visited, the Hall of Fame, Field of Dreams, etc; I do not have an Opening Day one yet as last year was my first Opening Day and they had pins instead of baseballs )

Not giveaway- to purchase. If there's money to be made, MLB will find it.

And I thought practically every team gave away schedule magnets for Opening Day.
