Sorry, got caught up with watching CSPAN (sorry, I live a boring life). I think the top RPs out there are bargains right now compared to what else is out there.

13.2 RP Francisco Cordero, Cin

Good performance the last few years, pretty secure job, and no injuries add up better than everyone else out there. Probably won't be the best of all the guys on the board out there (maybe Brian Wilson is that) but he has the lowest floor, I think.
