I haven't exported yet since I hadn't heard a definite go for the sim. I'll get my export in tonight after work though.

On the left side of the page scroll down to the menu that says "User Menu" (under "Main Menu" and "Reg Password"). "Fool League File" is under User Menu. (Fool Settings is also under there.)

Sorry guys went to bed early last night. We will move the sim to Thursday to give people a couple more days.

Thanks Teach for pointing out the file location.

FOOLX is coming soon. We had some problems getting the FOOLX file to me so I just got it yesterday. Will have that out by Thursday as well.

Jarrod you need the new settings file located on the new site where Teach already pointed out the location.

I downloaded that settings file a handful of times and copied it into the lg file.

I may be an idiot but I cannot load the file without getting an error.

I download the new file and expand it, but I seem to have less file in the expanded version that a normal .lg file. I also have downloaded and dragged the settings file in the .lg expanded folder...and nothing.

Am I mssing something? I am a mac user would that have anything to do with this...

If anyone can help please let me know..

Make sure you put the accountsdata_gms.dat file into the FOOL.lg settings folder. Whats the error message you get?

Jarrod when you are in OOTP FOOL league go to OOTP drop down menu and select Online League Setting. Click Import Account Data file then locate the file you downloaded (accountsdata_gms.dat) and select it and you should be good to go.

I don't think FOOL wants me to play. I don't see a user menu. Actually, whenever I try to log in, it just flashes and doesn't change anything on the screen really, other than removing the username and password I put in. I've tried having it send me my password, to no avail. I've also created a second username/password, which it also doesn't do anything with.

Guys I'm gonna need another day because there is only 5 exports in. If people just don't need an export please just say no export. I've worked hard to get going but looks like it took to long. I wish I had emails for everyone. Do we just move on and fill teams with new people?

Perhaps you can drop a PM to the people who's exports are missing? If you aren't sure what user names are for a few of the missing teams, I can help with that probably.

Will the owners and export tracker page be updated? Will there be a logo file released? Is this the Message board of choice or should we move to the other site?

I will be asking about message boards again once we get going. I'd prefer to move to the new sites message board completely but will see what others want to do. I'd like to have the message board setup for each league separately so its easier for everyone (myself) to locate things. Again though I just want to get moving again.

If you need to go, go aheafd and let the AI take care of the winter wolves. I had some unzipping issues but haven't gotten back to it. I wasn't doing spectactulatly well anyway so I was kind of waiting for the reorg to really get into things.

Thats fine by me Tasan. We can just use that as a fallback option. I just worry about not looking for a trade and missing it. I guess Alan did that once in a while also so if it happens to the best it won't be that bad if it happens to me.

Hmm, okay, I should already be registered and it has my user name in the database, but the site isn't sending me a password or anything when I go to the Forgot Password link. And none of the passwords I normally use are working.

I have also tried it with the passphrase entered as well, in case that's what was holding me up.

A trick that I did was subscribe to the trade forum with a daily email. That gets sent out at like midnight or so, so every morning when I would run the sim an email would be there if the trade forum was updated.

It is with great honor that I can say the FOOLX file is up and ready. Again you need the settings folder. I made a default message for anyone who has issues getting the accountsdata_gms file in it place so you can download the file in game and export. PM me or email for help. Next Tuesday will be first sim.

Everyone should be able to see the user menu now as well. The site is below in signature.

EDIT: Tuesday is 1st sim.

I made a default message for anyone who has issues getting the accountsdata_gms file in it place so you can download the file in game and export. PM me or email for help. Next Tuesday will be first sim. Everyone should be able to see the user menu now as well. The site is below in signature.
