I have no idea if having Houston and ODU is good, spread-wise, but I ain't complaining.

Yeah, well, they would have been, but you had to give them to MBBF after I explicitly requested that you not do so.

I have no confidence in anything that team can do when that performance would benefit MBBF. It's called "Karma's a bitch."

A better way of putting it would be that karma is bound to come around after all the money I made on last year's Elite Eight run.

Thanks to horrific scheduling 2 years in a row, we have parent-teacher conferences at school today so I'm here from 6 am until 8 pm. Anybody have the lines on the Purdue game and the Xavier game? Sorry, school web filter won't let me get to Wagerline (although school could be a lot more interesting if they didn't block gambling sites).

Man, I don't think Kansas is going to make 25 on Lehigh, as I feared. How in the heck was Texas a 5 point favorite?

Some strange lines today.

I don't ever remember a 5 seed being a 13 point favorite as Michigan State is, the weird thing is the other 5 seed A&M is a 3.5 point favorite. Also, Syracuse as a 1 is only a 16 point favorite, obviously because of the injury.

The Purdue line I like a lot. This is the first extended practice time we've had since losing Hummel so I think we'll see a better Purdue team. -4.5 is something I would definitely bet.

I have Xavier here too and that could be interesting at just -1.5. I don't *think* Minnesota can keep it that tight but we shall see.

Good luck today guys!

I think it's going to be hard for Maryland to cover 9.5 points. I think they'll win, but Houston's sneaky good with a great scorer. So it looks like I might lose the Terps tonight.
