I always hear "not too shabby" in Adam Sandler's voice.

Yea, the problem is it shows up like this until I hit post then it seems to add a bunch of garbage infront and back of certain words that would cause me to edit it again. I always get this whenever I use word, wordpad, or notepad. I wish it would at least screw it up right away, instead of after I post

This post is likely to stir up its own thread but....speaking from the perspective of my first marriage, the 2 women thing can be a bit over-rated.

I also caught that reference you made last week. We must like the same stuff.

Alan seems to have disappeared. I have a solution that's way better than the hand-coded way that he's probably going through it right now.

So if you're just invisible, please write me. I can make your life better.

The problem that he ran into is..when the expansion team was created in the wake of Valdosta's demise, the schedule needed to be regenerated. And OOTP doesn't let you regenerate or import a schedule after the pre-season. Which is stupid. But then, it's OOTP.

As a result, Poor Alan is pulling his hair out or something. But I have a backup of the last file before I turned over the league and I can run through the entire offseason, generate the schedule and sim to opening day and then we can import everyone's exports and then sim the season in earnest.

I've done all of this already....but I didn't think about the solution until he literally went away....

OOTP is VERY stupid about schedules. Some of you will remember the accidental interleague schedule from 1966. It's unforgiving and annoying and it should be fixed. But instead, we'll just get new features we don't need.

I feel bad. I should've reminded him or something just to make sure. But I actually forgot about it, save for the initial time I mentioned it on Sunday or Monday. But anyway...I have a backup file, so hopefully he just had to go take care of real life stuff and he's not trying to build out a schedule. 'cuz that sucks. A lot.

I like the start. Hopefully I can keep it up. Did a doubletake at first at Wyoming, but then I remembered who they really are.

That pace would put Garcia in line to beat out Miller's save record (51), I believe. Early yet, though.

Some observations...

1) Glad I am continuing to play well. With any luck, it's not just an early run.

2) What's gotten up with Baltimore? Weird to see ekcut's team where they are.

3) Here comes kaos after a bad start (of course), never down for long.

4) I guess even missing the season export doesn't affect muns and his team.

Nice to see the power there. And it seems to have been a good decision to get Abbott into the lineup against both lefties and righties.

Vazquez was one of the two pitchers it came down to when choosing a fifth starter, so nice to he's doing well. Matos lost out, so I wonder how he's doing.

Wow, Tasan's squad had a very good June.

Tightening up in the CL. No surprise. This league is so deep. Going in, it seemed like just about anyone could take it, and I wouldn't have blinked if as many as six different teams were named as potential champs in predictions.

Those numbers for Aquino are nuts.

Colorado makes a showing, too bad we can't shake our horrible Mays and Junes I've come to always have.

As we've just passed the halfway mark of the season, a couple of notable streaks so far this year:

A. Lopez (LI) hitting streak snapped at 23 games. Tied for 9th longest

D. Marnane (ATL) currently has saved 35 consecutive save opportunities dating back to last season. 4th all time.

I can't remember if I got my extension offer in to Gonzalez, but I hope so. Cuz I think his price is going up.
