I can see the need for having that customizability, though. You may not like it, but others probably play around with that a lot.

What I don't like is how the game decides to handle things if the number of pitchers don't match the rotation setting (but that would require looking into the ghost player logic, which is absolutely necessary to run the minor leagues).

One team put up one of the best first months of the season I remember with an .844 winning pct.

I wouldn't worry. It's a role someone had to fill after muns' basketball season started.

Just keep it up until about March.

No, I played with it two seasons ago, but basically the game logic purposely has uneven schedules to some extent. I am planning on re-writing the entire thing myself over the Christmas holidays.

You know, after getting into this league, I really wonder what my post counts are at now. Too bad they are off. I had like 1700 going into the "great post count turnoff".

Heh, you should have seen how WW games affected post counts. That was nuts.

Early standings aren't too far off my predictions just yet. But it is early.

And, no, the Crackers aren't that good (but I'll take it!).

I didn't think we were going to be that bad. Hopefully it'll balance out some in the long season yet to come.

Expect to see high MOV guys do real well this season, and conversely anyone with below about an 80 MOV to do real poor. Welcome to the research that has been playing in Ranchero stadium.

Wow, you're right. Key month for all three teams. And a chance for New York to make a run at all of us.

Okay maybe less than 80 MOV guys won't do real poor, but will be failures more than successes.

Maybe that explains it. Only 2 of my 11 pitchers have less than 80 MOV (and one is at 79).

Okay, not as good a month, but I'll take 19 wins vs that schedule. Atlanta cooled a bit as well but still did OK.

I maintained the games difference lead, so that works for me, especially against such a tough schedule. Really tight over there in the RL.

Look at ATL and all those pitching leaders. LeBlanc with all the RBIs from the 8th hole vs right and 7th vs left....I'm afraid that my other big guys aren't getting on base/driving in people

Man, Jensen is a new talent on the scene. He has the skills to hit .400, but he hasn't even come close to .300 before now.

ugh...looking at it, I should have flopped Argo and LeBlanc vs Righties...I was not feeling well when I did this, I'm suprised I didn't fill out my AAA roster with my ML players.

Nope, I didn't have roster room for him. It was either him or Armando Sanchez to go against lefties, and I wanted to see what Sanchez had because I control him for longer. Basically, I gave you those three guys to get the pitcher. Ugh.
